It’s a very nice hotel! The stuff is very polite and well trained, the room is big enough and cozy (I also loved the mattress) - it’s winter, however, it’s hot inside. It takes a bit time to get used to light buttons, but it’s okay :)

這酒店超值啊。我們一家三口，火車早上七點左右到的黑河，準備把行李寄存酒店就出去玩，結果前台説可以辦入住了，我們馬上辦好入住，進酒店洗漱，然後才出去玩的。酒店是地暖，非常暖和，走廊裏很熱。四百不到的價格，兩間房，兩個1.8米大床，一家三口正好。我們是九樓，房間窗户還能看到黑龍江，對面就是俄羅斯。

免費升到家庭房，還在有空餘的情況下安排在了最高的9樓，太棒了。新開業酒店，地理位置好，設施設備都很棒，房間大氣，感謝客房打掃的大姐，特別認真細緻。推薦。

極力推薦，超讚！！！
裝修風格大方舒適，設施都是嶄新高檔的，窗簾自動的、馬桶加熱的、枕頭記憶棉的，連一次性拖鞋都很舒服，洗漱用品不僅齊全而且都是一流的。總之就是各種高檔的裝修配置，毫不誇張的説不亞於五星級酒店。
服務也很熱情周到，非常棒的一次體驗！
周圍吃飯交通都很方便，一樓酒店的餐廳飯菜也是非常美味可口而且還超實惠。
這是我在攜程最認真的一次評價了，下次來毫無疑問還選擇這裏！

應該是黑河硬件條件最好的酒店，但是服務還是很一般或者個別人比較差。到達晚上零下二十度了，酒店門口一個充電樁不能用，一個保安跑過來不耐煩地説要繞道酒店後面去充電（我們剛到根本不知道酒店後面還有充電樁！），門口地方要圍起來等第二天的車隊停！進了酒店，前台一個女服務員全程冷着臉，沒一個微笑服務，問的問題都是冷冷地回答，讓人感到零下二十度的寒意！不過酒店前台的男服務員真的很好，微笑熱情服務，讓人感到寒冬中的温暖。進入親子家庭房後，各方面比較滿意，就是地暖太熱，需要開窗才能降點温。第二天吃早餐，雖然是在酒店一樓，但是是外包出去的早餐店，服務人員態度一般，對拿着酒店早餐券的客户覺得像團購來的低端客户一樣對待……早餐品類看似豐富，但都不好吃，體驗很差……這跟酒店標榜的以早餐好吃的特色不符。

房間很乾凈，窗户很大，窗明幾凈
房間設施很新，房間沒想象中那麼乾燥。
前面停車場很大，停車很方便
前台很親切，我的發票後來需要改，很快就幫忙改完發我了，幫了大忙，非常感謝！
因為我沒加早餐，不知道早餐如何
隔音不太好，下午躺了一會兒，隔壁和樓道聲音聽的很清楚。不過衹有那麼一次，之後晚上睡覺就沒聽到了
下次住的時候想把同事們都叫過來一起住
祝生意興隆！

Живем здесь не в первый раз. По номерам вопросов нет, пока еще чисто и не прокурено. Но хамское отношение персонала это ужасно. Завтрак - это какой-то квест. При заселение ваучер на питание не дают. При входе в столовую списков нет, и сразу не спрашиваю/не проверяют. Сидим за столом гонят добывать ваучеры, заглядываю в рот, на тарелках ничего не должно остаться - нужно оплатить в 3 раза больше 😱😄

洒店位置好，離江邊也比較近，早市也在附近，可惜冬天都沒有開，周邊食肆比較多，吃什麼都有，酒店設施如，房間乾淨，智能化高，自動窗廉等，服務佳，又有免費接機服務，超值！
