Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Heidelberg

E'molto conveniente guidare da soli, molto più economico di vivere in Hüdeburg City, e il servizio è anche molto buono, il personale è molto entusiasta, con il nome dell'hotel e il paesaggio rurale nelle zone vicine, c'è sempre un'illusione in Sud America...La colazione va bene, in generale, è molto consigliabile per i turisti auto guida. Finalmente, che bella Hiddeburg!

Ottimo hotel direttamente, quindi proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte perché abbiamo visitato Mannheim e Heidelberg il giorno successivo. Il check-in tardivo non è stato affatto un problema (mi è stato detto al telefono in anticipo che il pagamento completo in anticipo consente il check-in in qualsiasi momento), la camera al 4° piano era pulita, elegante, piccola e moderna. La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria non è stata percepita acusticamente. Anche il check-out è stato facile, abbiamo solo dovuto lasciare la nostra chiave magnetica in un contenitore. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza durante la notte! Decisamente consigliato!

All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

Posizione: lungo la strada, ~5 minuti dall'HBF. Reception: ammesso check-in precoce; non hanno sempre qualcuno al conto, quindi solo chiamali e apriranno la porta per voi (conosciuto alcuni altri ospiti, persone molto carine che mi hanno aiutato a fare la chiamata!) Ascensore: vecchio e piccolo ma funziona! Camera: letto matrimoniale = 2 letto singolo, con alcune aeree inizialmente perché hanno lasciato la finestra aperta per aprirla, il personale di servizio ha aiutato a ottenere le aeree fuori. Toaletta: piccola ma gestibile se siete piccoli, potrebbe non essere adatto per le persone di grande dimensione, poiché la zona di bagno è piccola. Trasporti: ha portato RNV20 al furniculare (che ha portato ad altre aree turistiche), super comodo!

Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip.

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.

レセプションの対応はとても良かったです。立地は観光エリアまで20分くらい歩きますが、フランクフルト等への電車が止まる中央駅には近く、スーツケースを持っての移動が楽でした。アメニティは自分でスマホから注文するのですが、スリッパ1つに1時間かかりました。またレセプション以外の従業員はあまり好印象ではありません。朝食もバイキングにプラスしてアラカルトメニューがあったようでお願いしたのですが、来ませんでした（結局食べてません)

地理位置靠近市中心，離老城不遠，但感覺價格偏貴。酒店大堂過道挺漂亮，但房間偏小，窗户類似過道窗。衞生間總體挺乾淨，但是床鋪總感覺有一點味道。

La città non cammina molto vicino alla vecchia strada, c'è una certa distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale. L'hotel è pulito e bene e si trova nella regola del colazione. Non c'è niente di delizioso intorno,,,
