Letto e la testa sono particolarmente comodi, non c'è problema di insonnia qui C'è un giardino di ristorante nel mezzo della stanza, il più caldo venerdì sera. Il decorazione dell'hotel ha un ambiente artistico C'è un DM vicino all'hotel, un supermercato Rewe, un negozio di colazione, dovete vincere, KFC, camminare per circa cinque minuti è una piccola stazione ferroviaria. Vai a Hydeburg per treni meno di trenta minuti. E'ancora conveniente, che all'inizio ho visto una grande fabbrica di acquacoltura fuori, e c'è una piccola delusione

Hotel semplice, bello, con camere molto pulite e spaziose. La reception è occupata dalle 15 alle 19 con una giovane donna molto gentile e estremamente utile. Al di fuori di questi tempi, il contatto con il personale viene effettuato per telefono, ma non abbiamo dovuto usarlo, perché tutto era in ordine. Inoltre, sono disponibili anche possibilità di check-in e check-out senza contatto (ad esempio, terminale elettronico di check-in). La camera doppia molto spaziosa era caratterizzata da un'interessante ”giardino invernale”-flair attraverso una serie di finestre di copertina era dotata di una piccola cucina, ma non abbiamo provato nemmeno la macchina del caffè. Purtroppo, il prossimo era un po' freddo nella stanza, perché il riscaldamento non poteva riscaldare tutto il volume. Nella camera a tre letti i nostri figli si erano sistemati. Anche qui c'era spazio sufficiente e una macchina per caffè. L'hotel è situato vicino a una stazione ferroviaria. Da lì si trova in poche stazioni sul Bismarckplatz e si può effettivamente scoprire tutto Heidelberg comodamente. Per le auto la città è piuttosto niente. Anche intorno all'hotel ci sono parcheggi difettosi. L'alloggio ha appena due parcheggi ospiti, ciascuno per 14 euro al giorno. Secondo la ricezione, anche un biglietto di parcheggio temporaneo per la zona urbana per 10 euro per giorno disponibile. Per questo non ci siamo preoccupati. Nelle vicinanze c'è una pizzeria ”Da Baggio” che sembra molto confortevole, ma probabilmente anche ben frequentata. Per noi non c'è stato spazio spontaneo. A pochi metri di distanza, ma ancora per raggiungere correttamente a piedi, la pizzeria ”Da Vinci”. I prezzi sono elevati, ma la cena è molto deliziosa. Per gli ospiti risparmiati ci sono anche un servizio di accompagnamento nelle vicinanze.

IT IS A REGRET TO BOOK FROM THIS HOTEL. Since I wanted to celebrate my birthday in Heidelberg, a city I really want to visit, I made a reservation at this hotel to stay for 2 nights between 7-9 March. I was going to come to Germany either by plane from outside European countries. On March 7, there was a strike in Germany and the airports were closed. It was notified by the airline company on March 6 that our flight was canceled. We immediately informed the hotel about the situation and asked them to postpone our visit to April 7-9 and transfer the fee to this date, but they stated that the strike was not their problem and took the hotel fee for 2 nights from our credit card. Strike is an essential situation. In legal terms, this is called FORCE MAJEURE – “a common clause in contracts that essentially relieves both parties of liability or liability in the event of an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or war.” In case of force majeure, standard procedures cannot be applied. The hotel guest is not responsible and cannot be punished. The Mille Stelle City hotel, which turned the strike into an opportunity, charging for a service it did not provide does not comply with business ethics and is a shameful situation. Although accommodation cannot be made due to force majeure, the fee collected from the guest is not a fair gain. It is against consumer rights and even human rights. My flight was canceled due to the strike in Germany, I could not enter the country, the hotel canceled my reservation and charged the fee. Moreover, despite all my communication efforts, they were treated indifferently, saying ”the strike is not my problem”. Our emails were not answered. Not only could I not celebrate my birthday, but I was also unfairly victimized. It was a birthday I will never forget in my life. If you do not want to regret it, never book this hotel, which does not have well-intentioned management. I made my complaints about the hotel through different institutions. And I will continue my complaints and articles about this hotel on every platform until I get my justice.

Forse l'hotel più pulito che abbia mai fatto! È stato un servizio meraviglioso, un grande colazione a buffet e le camere erano spaziose. Grande doccia, comoda letto e cromaca disponibile sulla TV. Le opzioni per il trasporto pubblico nel centro della città sono in rotta dalla stazione di autobus e tram. Molto raccomandato per i viaggi amici e anche per le famiglie,

Newly Opened Hotel with great staff. Prime location, if you are travelling by train. Breakfast was really good, with a wide choice of sausages and cheeses, spreads and cereal. Beds where very good, with hard mattresses (not everyone likes it, but if you have back issues it is the best to sleep hard)! Lighting at the bedhead a bit weird. Design should be rethought. You need two switches to switch that on. Maintenance needed to come by and show me :D :D We are planning a tour along the Neckar for next year and will definetely stay over again.

We had a delightful stay at the Heidelberger Hof. The Hotel is around the corner from the Main Street, Hauptßtrase in the old town so ideally placed to visit the historic city. It is a 20 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. We had a comfortable double bed and good shower. It was not noisy either. There is a buffet, European breakfast on offer it is well presented and caters for guests with food allergies. Our group consisted of a vegetarian, gluten & nut allergies and we all found the breakfast sufficient. Check out was simple and we were able to store our cases. We enjoyed our break at this hotel and in Heidelberg and would recommend both for a weekend break

Solo una notte, ma molto rilassante. I letti sono molto confortevole dotati di mattoni di alta qualità. Le finestre sono per l'apertura. Il bagno è utile, ma molto pulito. La posizione, nel centro di Wiesloch, ben situato per esplorare l'ambiente a piedi. Eravamo soddisfatti e vorremmo restare qui.

The Leonardo at Heidelberg-Walldorf was a wonderful find in a pleasant location. (It’s the one on Roter Str., not the one nearer Heidelberg.) It has everything you need for a weekend stay or for FRA airport (90 mins away). You do need a car to get there but parking is free. The rooms are large and have a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There’s a TV with many international channels. The wi-fi is good. I found the bed very comfortable. In summer there’s an outdoor pool, which has a shallow end and is very suitable for children. There’s also an indoor pool, which is 1.5m deep and has no shallow end. Children need to be closely supervised there. Near the indoor pool is a sauna. There’s a bar, which isn’t always open because of the lack of local staff. However, the restaurant will serve drinks. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, especially the host and hostess, who take great care to make sure that all the customers are well served. Since the restaurant is very popular, dinner reservations are essential. Breakfast reservations are a good idea too. Ms Hrg on the front desk was extremely helpful with everything. I really can’t think of anything that this hotel lacks for a nice relaxed stay.
