Hotel in zona University Town Food Street, Hefei

Lovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

I came here for weekend relaxation. I’m pretty pleased; the hotel is in an accessible area just by a shopping centre. It’s clean and esthetically pleasing though my doorway had some particles that should’ve been swept before my arrival. Besides that, I'm certainly coming back again.

New hotel with still smelly furniture. Rooms are solid and service ok. Too many drunk people in the hotel due to a conference.

這次入住華住旗下的酒店，體驗超棒！一進房間，電視上華住會的標誌就讓人倍感親切。房間佈置温馨，細節處盡顯用心，尤其是那個帶有星星元素的裝飾，氛圍感拉滿 。 沒想到酒店還配備了自助洗衣烘乾設備，對於出行的人來説太貼心了，解決了洗衣的大難題。無論是服務還是設施都無可挑剔，下次出行還選這兒！

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

1、酒店停車非常方便，停車場就在酒店門口，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格適中，環境也很好，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意。 2、酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。 3、酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施完善，服務熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意!

Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

Wow! Ero molto impressionato con tutto sull'hotel. Vorrei che avessimo soggiornato più di quanto previsto per due giorni. Situato proprio vicino a una linea di metropolitana, è in una bella parte della città. La stanza era bella, pulita e spaziosa. Aveva tutto quello che doveva per un soggiorno. Incluso un ferro, un frigo, vestiti e altro ancora. Il doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica e servizi. Ho bisogno di un kit di cucitura e il personale l'aveva fornito entro pochi minuti. I letti erano molto comodi. Il colazione dell'hotel è diffuso e offre una vasta gamma di cibi, tutti deliziosi.
