The sheets were a little bit too harsh on us while sleeping, and the food bar doesn't serve after 930pm, but it was nice

Il personale è amichevole e molto utile. La posizione è grande, la strada pedonale che l'hotel è in è davvero fredda a notte e la viva è perfetta per il ritardo della notte. L'hotel è davvero pulito e le camere sono ben arredate. L'unica cosa che non ero un fan di è stato il robot in movimento 😅

帶爸媽來附近省立醫院體檢，最後選了城際酒店，環境很乾凈，爸媽和妹妹住的很舒服，昨晚準備出門去步行街逛逛，下了大雨，前台貼心給我們準備了雨傘和礦泉水。今天體檢回去酒店還延時休息了會兒，一直麻煩前台給我們機器人送外賣以及礦泉水。長大了我們和爸媽在一起的時間越來越少，感謝城際酒店讓我們留下了短暫的團聚時刻，久違的一家人在一起看電影，環境以及服務真的很不錯，下次如果有機會，還是會選擇城際！謝謝你們啦～

Sono tornato in questo hotel perché lo trovavo molto bene. Il personale era molto amichevole. Il prezzo includeva colazione e servizio lavanderia gratuito. Mi hanno aiutato anche a trovare un indirizzo di cui avevo bisogno e ci sono voluti 10 minuti a piedi per la metropolitana. Lo consiglio. La stanza è anche molto pulita e comprende acqua gratuita.

第二次來安徽飯店了，我之所以把合肥做為自己旅行的第一站，完全是因為安徽飯店，這裏給了我家一般的感覺，早餐特別豐盛，可口好吃，每天不重樣，還可以提供各種生活用品，比如指甲刀，水果刀，很多，衹有你想不到，沒有人家做不到的，特別貼心，工作人員的服務都太好了👍你有困難或者問題，她們會第一時間耐心傾聽，幫你解決。枕頭是硬蕎麥的，枕在上面太舒服，和家裡一樣，乾淨的床品和枕頭，都是白色印花的，透着質感和華麗，最重要的是房價性價比超高。地理位置是一環內的中心區域，酒店走出去4分鐘就是稻香樓E口，去哪裡都特別方便，合肥有五條地鐵線，可以去往任何你想去的地方，比打車快還經濟，因為安徽飯店，我在合肥的行程推遲再推遲，衷心祝願安徽飯店更加繁榮昌盛👍👍👍

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in good area, more places to explore. Many options for food and shopping. The hotel management is very supportive in resolving the issue. The hotel is perfect.

出差來到附近開會，結束後訂了這家精緻酒店，看環境不錯，雖然在滿是高樓的地段，但住進去後感覺遠離了城市，安靜放鬆，關鍵晚間送了微醺套餐，炒飯很香，我們自己還點了青梅酒，特別好喝，走的時候還打包了一份～ 早餐也很nice，營養搭配特別不錯～😘 入住過程中管家全程跟蹤服務，隨叫隨到，房間裏面的用品也很有格調，坐的椅子特別舒服，還有馬歇爾音響真的很絕，在房間聽聽歌特別舒服，床墊我同事腰疼睡着都説很舒服…反正這個價格入住還不錯，剛好忙完會議整個人放鬆下來，還可以再大廳裏面各種打卡拍照✅ 看了下他們家上海有分店，有機會去體驗下～

在結束了一段忙碌的商務旅行後，我選擇了肥東這家酒店作為休憩之地，原本衹是期待一個乾淨舒適的休息環境，卻不曾想，這裏的服務遠遠超出了我的所有預期。前台接待一一微笑是最好的語言 踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，前台丹丹以她那温暖如春風的微笑迎接了我，她的眼神中充滿了真誠與熱情。辦理入住手續時，她不僅耐心解答了我所有的疑問，還細心詢問了我的行程安排，主動為我推薦了周邊適合放鬆的景點和餐廳，因為到店的比較晚，門口停車位都滿了，還主動幫我引領到酒店後面的停車場，熱情主動的幫我提行李，這種細緻入微的服務，讓我瞬間感受到了家的温暖，為這種服務大大點贊。酒店的早餐也很豐盛，特別胡辣湯還真不錯。總體都很不錯，下次再來。
