Hotel in zona Hualun Culture Square, Hefei

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente per coloro che hanno incontri vicino alla stazione ferroviaria meridionale. La stanza era pulita, il colazione e la cena sono molto deliziosi e valgono la pena di denaro. L’unica delusione è stata quella del personale del servizio di registrazione che non poteva darmi le informazioni precise che ho chiesto, perché il livello di lingua inglese era molto basso. Infatti ho speso più soldi di quanto avessi previsto, perché ho ricevuto le informazioni sbagliate sul prezzo dei servizi che forniscono questo hotel al receptionist.

La progettazione della camera dell'hotel è molto elegante. Non importa il software o il hardware sono molto conformi al livello di hotel a cinque stelle, in particolare l'atteggiamento di servizio di ogni personale è molto entusiasta. Molto bella camera e comoda letto. La piscina era grande aveva la temperatura giusta. La palestra è spaziosa con tutti i giusti attrezzature. Il colazione mattinale era una scelta eccellente. Se sei un corridore ci sono due parchi vicino a correre. Utilizzare le tracce di moto per correre in mattinata.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino al MRT San Xiao Kou. Quindi abbiamo preso l'autobus dall'aeroporto di Hefei a Sanxiaokou, camminato circa 6-700 metri e raggiunto l'hotel. Anche il colazione era buona. Voglio cibo cinese ma ho ancora salsicce e patate fritte. Il menu delle verdure è super delizioso, soprattutto i pomodori. I receptionisti sono gentili in generale, ma non parlano inglese affatto e non sembrano davvero capire quello che stai cercando di dire. Quindi, viaggiare con qualcuno che può parlare cinese renderebbe una migliore esperienza in Hefei. La stanza ha tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Shampoo, Condizionatori e sapone sono Treseme. Ha un asciugacapelli, tovaglioli, scarpe da camera, due bottiglie d'acqua. Se torno a Hefei, prenoto questo hotel di nuovo.

È appena dopo la partenza dell'autostrada, quindi il traffico non è un problema. Guarda dalla camera e le opzioni per la colazione sono buone. Il bagno era lussuoso con bel jacuzzi.

Grande hotel! È un'ottima posizione, un personale estremamente amichevole e utile, perfettamente pulito. Il mio hotel preferito in Hefei. Quando sono a Hefei, rimango all'hotel LEFUQIANG BOYUE.
