The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

A lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

La altra stanza ha un difensore, non c'è nessun hotel, e 24h di acqua calda. Questo è davvero bello. Anche se il bagno è breve per una notte, è importante fare il bagno.Anche il trasporto gratuito è la mattina. È molto tempestivo. Se avete la prossima occasione, sceglierete il bagno per un secondo soggiorno.

Security: very secure, did not worry about security. No extra safe, but space felt very secure.

Hospitality: attendants were helpful and competent.
Social Atmosphere: hotel, so no social scene.
The location is close to a university and at night time a massive street food scene emerges which is incredible. Far from a metro station but otherwise a nice quiet place.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom.
Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.
Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe.
Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.
Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.
