UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

Il personale della reception è stato molto benvenuto e incredibilmente efficiente, rendendo il processo di check-in sia rapido che senza difficoltà.
La stanza stessa era pulita e ben mantenuta, che ha fatto per un soggiorno molto confortevole. La squadra di custodia si prende ovviamente molta cura di assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio sia assegnato, dalle linee fresche alla vasca senza spot.
La posizione dell'hotel è un altro grande vantaggio. Vicino alla metropolitana è stato incredibilmente conveniente per andare intorno e esplorare la città con facilità. Nonostante la sua posizione prima, il prezzo era molto ragionevole, offrendo un ottimo valore per i soldi.
Il pranzo era un’illuminazione del mattino, con una varietà deliziosa che mi ha davvero messo in piedi per il giorno; la qualità e la selezione dei cibi erano eccellenti, e era un trattamento di iniziare ogni giorno con un pasto così soddisfacente.
Uno dei punti per migliorare sarebbe l’annullamento del rumore nelle stanze. Quando ero vicino alla metropolitana, ho notato un rumore ambientale che occasionalmente mi ha disturbato il sonno, ma questo era un problema minore in un soggiorno eccellente.
In sintesi, questo hotel è eccellente in molte aree: ricevimento eccezionale, check-in efficiente, camere pulite, posizione conveniente, prezzo ragionevole e delizioso colazione. Vorrei certamente considerare di rimanere qui di nuovo e raccomandarlo agli altri.
Casa confortevole, servizio eccellente
Sono felice di vivere in questo hotel di recente. In generale, questa esperienza mi ha dato una profonda impressione.Dal momento in cui sono entrato, il ricevitore è stato entusiasta e ospite, molto efficiente, rendendo le procedure di imbarco sia veloce e facile.
La stanza stessa è molto pulita e ben mantenuta, quindi vive molto comoda.La squadra domestica è ovviamente molto attenta a garantire ogni dettaglio, da letti freschi a una camera da letto non colorata.
La posizione geografica dell'hotel è un'altra grande vantaggio.Poiché si avvicina alla metropolitana, è molto conveniente andare e esplorare facilmente la città.Anche se la posizione geografica è superiore, il prezzo è molto ragionevole e il valore delle cose è superiore.
La colazione è un grande punto luminoso ogni mattina. Tutti i tipi di gusti mi fanno davvero preparare per un giorno.La qualità e la scelta dei cibi sono molto buone, e iniziare con un pasto soddisfacente è un piacere ogni giorno.
Un aspetto che deve essere migliorato è l'eliminazione del rumore della stanza.Poiché è vicino alla metropolitana, ho notato che alcune delle condizioni sonore che occasionalmente interferiscono con il mio sonno.Tuttavia, in una casa eccellente, è solo un piccolo problema.
In sintesi, l'hotel è molto buono in molti modi: ottima ricezione, soggiorno efficiente, stanza pulita, posizione conveniente, prezzo ragionevole e colazione deliziosa.Se c'è un po'di miglioramento nell'eliminazione del rumore, sarà davvero perfetto. Penso di restare qui di nuovo e di raccomandarlo agli altri.

設施配置：房間設施很新，智能電視、高速WiFi、獨立空調一應俱全，空調製冷制熱快還靜音；衞浴乾濕分離設計合理，熱水秒出，洗漱用品質量也不錯，完全不用自帶；床頭還配了USB充電口，細節超貼心。
服務態度：從入住到退房全程體驗感拉滿，前台小哥哥葛基春笑容親切，辦理手續快，還主動幫忙給到了高樓層的房間；中途打電話要額外的枕頭，工作人員幾分鐘就送到了，態度特別好；退房時還主動詢問入住體驗，特別暖心。
下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！
