Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

MMarz of PenangIt was a great birthday celebration, our first stay at The Langham Hefei and definitely not our last! Reception staff and the Club Lounge staff were all excellent, very efficient and professional. Room 3406 was well appointed, very clean and good smelling even if it was a smoking room. Cocktail hour at the club lounge was great, very good selection of food and alcoholic drinks. Breakfast at Seasons has a good spread of local and Western food. Looking forward to more stays! We

WWenwenZhangI recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

UUtente ospite房間很舒適，乾淨衞生，有自助洗衣服務，我們洗好的衣服比較多，晾在房間裏，出去玩回來發現服務員除了把基本衞生搞好好還專門拿了一個晾衣架，幫我們把未晾乾的衣服掛掛好。真的很暖心，住在這裏離周邊的景點都很近，很方便，不錯的一次居住體驗！

AAllicerawesome place for a staycation in Hefei! It’s clean, has a nice view, and is a perfect place for relaxation and to enjoy the beauty of Emerald Lake! Friendly staffs, they’ve given me a surprise cake for my birthday, superb! And they have a robot that is super cute. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner because it’s full and we need to book in advance. Anyway, we will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends.

GGrebnevaÈ stata la seconda volta che siamo andati in questo hotel, perché la prima volta siamo stati molto impressionati da un'atmosfera calda. Prima siamo stati migliorati in una stanza più grande, abbiamo avuto un barbecue e il personale ci aiuta molto e la mattina hanno preparato un bel colazione pieno e ne hanno portato in camera. Ma questa volta non era così bello anche se eravamo gli unici ospiti. Per il colazione ci sono serviti un po'di noodles e qualche uova fritte.La cosa buona è una macchina per il caffè e poteva avere caffè. Bello hotel. Molto consigliato. Solo desidero che siano sempre in atmosfera di ospite.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era molto pulito e bello. Il desk era apprezzabile. Il colazione era cinese e molto buono. La stanza aveva tutto quello che ci serviva: i bagni (scuoti, pasta dentale, cappello, asciugacapelli, capsula da doccia). Ci sono state piaciute le bottiglie d'acqua e i bagagli di tè. Il letto era enorme e comodo. La metropolitana è a meno di 15 minuti a piedi. Ci siamo davvero piaciuti il nostro soggiorno in Heart Hotel.
