It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful!
