Hotel de Rousch - 4 Sterren Superieur

The rooms is absolutely fabulous with the best shower room of our road trip holiday. Lovely air con in the room and the best sheets on the bed. Faultless. Three of us had meals at the restaurant with three different dishes and matching wines, all three were superb. Special shout out to Leon, who looked after us this evening and had a great sense of humour and made the evening a thoughorly enjoyable experience. Also to the owner who also took the time to come around and talk to all the guests and who also had a great sense of humour. Truly memorable evening.

We booked a 3-day half-board package for this hotel and restaurant via another website. Pros: The room had good facilities and was quite spacious. with a soundproof wall and tea and coffee making facilities Cons: The air conditioning is probably just a fan blowing air; it doesn't really work. Unfortunately, the next day the room was not cleaned by the housekeeping, so the rubbish was not collected and the tea and coffee were not refilled. Only 1 clean towel set for 2 people and 1 roll of toilet paper were left outside the door (is this how a 4-star hotel treats its paying guests?). The breakfast was adequate, but there was only one staff member in the kitchen who had to do everything, and because there was no one else to clear the dirty plates or clear the table, I had to clean up every crumb left on the table by another guest myself. There are technicians working in the hotel who eat their (self-brought) breakfast in the breakfast room and read the newspaper, together with other guests. That is a rather strange view, because most hotels have a staff room where the staff can eat their food and not together with the guests. In a word: I do not expect this from a 4-star hotel. Restaurant Auberge de Rousch: Afternoon snacks are included in the package, but after waiting for more than half an hour, the waiter simply added some cubes of cheese, rocket leaves, and a tablespoon of balsamic syrup, together with some pieces of nuts and a few pieces of old bread, which we refused to eat! The cheese seemed dry and not tasty. And he did not say anything about the fact that we refused to eat it. And we simply skipped the next afternoon snack. Unfortunately, we also received poor quality dinners; for instance, we were served stale bread, which may have been leftover from the breakfast buffet. The carpaccio, which was likely frozen, was too cold to eat as an appetizer and had a moist, watery texture. Even though we told the waiters, they were uninterested. Given that it has four stars and is fairly expensive, we believe this restaurant should perform better.

Top hotel very clean very nice services and breakfast, free parking and very silent at night. Excellent place to stay. In the morning we did a nice walk around the lake and surroundings in the evening very nice wine in auberge de rousch so highly recommended.

Very nice place kindly welcome the team is quite professional. Therooms are large and beds actually smooth. The breakfast is awesome General feeling Is that the place is quiet and verynice to enjoy a comforting night Please, that I will return with pleasure

Without doubt one of the finest hotels in Holland and one which we have visited before. A relatively new and modern hotel with wonderful staff, beautiful bedrooms, and excellent food both at the breakfast in the hotel and their own a la carte restaurant nearby. The Wellness rooms on the ninth floor are amazing!! The hotel has first class meeting rooms catering for small or large parties with lunch and/or dinner available A wonderful reception by the team at the front desk who are the font of all knowledge and happy to share it with you. The housekeeping service was excellent with nothing too much trouble, and it was the complete hotel to relax. I highly recommend Hotel de Rousch to all those who enjoy comfort, excellent service, and where staff are always happy to please. We look forward to seeing you in 2025 or even before

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice, great bathtub and sauna! View was great from my room. Loved sitting on the window bench and looking out at the night view. Breakfast was great. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!
