Set an a acre property you get the privacy needed while being minutes to restaurants, small shops and convince stores. If you feel like exploring, you are minutes from lakes and trails in the National Forest or just look outside the windows for possible deer crossings. GUESTS ACCESS Enjoy the outdoors in the morning or evening lounging on the patios in the front or back of the cabin with it's outdoor furniture, grill and gas fire pit. Entering the front, you walk into a cozy living room with comfortable furniture to lounge in front of a TV and wooden fireplace. With small desk and Wi-Fi, you won't miss a beat if need to log on and get some work done. OVERVIEW Enjoy a quite street where neighbors keep to themselves. Please be minded since some of them do live here year-round. Ice may be present on roads during winter months, so please be mindful of road conditions. Property landscape is kept as natural as possible so please watch your step when expiring. We are in near proximity to the national forest so wild animals such as deer, racoons, squirrel, skunk and other native animals to the area wonder on to the property, please be mindful to secure all personal property, food and trash since they can be attracted to it and cause a mess or other damages OTHER NOTES *Please only use the front doors digital locks when leaving to enjoy the outdoors, access code will give you access to come in and out as you please. *Feel free to enjoy the he fireplace in the living room but DO NOT try to turn on the chimney in the master bedroom, the bedroom fireplace is only for looks, guest will be charged for smoke damage and any damages incurred by lighting wood in the master bedroom fireplace. *Please ONLY flush human waste down the toilets.
