We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the apartment we were allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for a two night stay, plenty of toiletries, towels, tea and coffee. The pool area was nice, and whilst the bar and restaurant were not open during our stay, there were plenty of options in town. The staff we met onsite were friendly and welcoming.

AVOID!!!! I booked the Heathcote Inn for my 30th wedding anniversary. What a disappointment. We were the only guests, the restaurant, bar are closed the website misrepresents the place. Pool is green. The premises is under a realisation auction but still takes bookings. Onsite manager Tina is delightful the owners of this establishment are persona non grata! The rooms are fine but basic with no onsite restaurant the only option is eating out. We only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked. Can't give a single star!

We love this place! Always so clean and comfortable. We have stayed here on a few occasions when we race at Heathcote and will be back in the future. Checking in is so simple and Tina always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just perfect.

Very basic and small but comfortable enough, except for the fact that there was no fridge in the room, just a vacant space where it should have been. Perhaps it was away being repaired. This would have been a problem in hot weather or if we were staying more than one night. We were just there to sleep so we don't know if the restaurant was operating.

Not what we expected! Certainly not a country inn feel. Contactless service had an extremely cold feeling to it. No restaurant or bar as it advertises and and very murky looking pool. We saw its up for sale so no surprise I guess. Room was OK and bathroom good.

We stayed one night on our cycling trip and the motel was a good location and we were very comfortable. Rooms are clean and neat and have a nice bathroom. Nice large pool. The restaurant was closed but we were made aware of this. We walked into town and found a couple of other places to eat.

The Inn was basic but we have absolutely no complaints. After a big day out we enjoyed a bottle of wine by the pool. There are several breakout areas. The room and en suite were particularly clean. Contactless check-in and out worked perfectly. The location is within walking distance of hotels and the Palling Brewery where you can pick up a cheap and cheerful meal.

We bought what we thought was a family room, but what we walked into was a shoebox. There was no sit down area/ kitchen/family area. It was just 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom. The TVs were the size of a laptop and the were decking chairs hanging on hooks on the wall for you to take down and sit on. They advertise that there is a restaurant and a takeaway service, but this area is closed and not functioning. The playground is not suitable for children as it is made of timber, old and falling apart. DON'T bother staying here as it is overpriced and you don't get what you pay for. DISAPPOINTING

Firstly there is NO RESTAURANT,the whole thing is a sham. Everything is locked up and they still take bookings for a non existent restaurant..We had people turning up to eat at the restaurant who had MADE BOOKINGS and walked from town...unreal !! The key system is a disaster..our friends room allowed him access to other rooms which he was not staying in..weird. There is nowhere to sit down either internally or externally as everything is padlocked shut. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Our friends room had a confirming note with the details of their booking..."A romantic weekend escape including a meal in our restaurant and a bottle of wine "..None of this is actually true !! They really should be fined for false advertising and /or closed down.
