I apologize for this delayed review, as we had a fabulous time here! Our Hosts and staff were brilliant and so accommodating from beginning to end! We stayed for a long weekend in September 2023 to accommodate our large family staying for my sons wedding in the area. The accommodation was terrific and catered for all family members with the separate Managers House perfect for families, and the balcony rooms grouped around the upstairs balcony, perfect for chats with a lovely leafy view. The rooms are substantial with lovely outlooks and comfortable beds. The Tower suite has amazing views of the district, over 3 levels! The ambiance of the entire hotel is lovely with amazing decor throughout, and caters to all interests. Whether it be friendly pool competitions in the front bar, afternoon tea in the tea rooms, playground entertainment, watching the footy on the big screen, or watching the world go by from the front balcony. Excellent coffees and fresh pastries were enjoyed with breakfast. Great food and service! A brilliant location in the Yarra Valley!

Il personale era assolutamente fantastico per affrontare il momento giusto dal ricevimento. Prenotiamo qui sei mesi fa per un festival musicale che poi è stato rischeduto. Ho dovuto cambiare le date di prenotazione per il nostro soggiorno e non c'era alcun problema per il personale. Erano sempre gentili e cortesi e utili. Il parco stesso è così ben mantenuto e bellissimo da guardare intorno. La cabina era molto pulita. Erava a 34 gradi durante il nostro soggiorno e il ventilatore di aria condizionata e soffitto ci ha mantenuti freddi e confortevoli. È stato un bonus aggiuntivo che la TV ha YouTube e Netflix.
