Hotel in zona Spicy Vines Winery, Healdsburg

Was in town for a wedding and apparently everyone was getting married the same weekend bc almost every hotel was sold out or was charging top dollars. There were room blocks at designated hotels for our wedding, but $500 was the minimum, so I took it upon myself to search for my own hotel and came upon the Fairview Inn & Suites. At best, it looked decent, but I knew I just needed to stay one night so I figured it would be bearable. I was actually very pleasantly surprised. There are some minor cons, but definitely nothing detrimental to our stay. Brianna helped us upon arrival. She was awesome and allowed us to check in early since our room was ready and thank gawd bc we had a wedding at 3:30pm and I needed a place to freshen up. Check-in was smooth and seamless. They also offer complimentary water which normally would prob cost you $5 at any other hotel. The room was decent-good. I mean you get what you pay for. I personally found it fine as we only stayed one night and really just needed a place to sleep. Would I do a girl’s trip here, prob not, but it’s fine if you’re staying 1-2 nights and don’t plan to be in the room much, as we did. The room has pretty much everything you would need less, an iron and safe. There was an ironing board in our room, but I didn’t see an iron, which I suspect can be ordered with housecleaning. The bed and pillows are comfy and linens clean. Btw, they only offer cleaning if you stay more than four days, which is fine with us bc we don’t really care for cleaning anyway. Parking was easy and free; this is a plus as most hotels have a fee for parking. We never went downtown but I believe it’s walkable as one of the restaurants I’ve been to before is just a half mile walk. Some minor cons…..the AC is LOUD. The fan in the bathroom is even louder. Walls are pretty thin, and we could hear people talking but thankfully they were not sold out so I don’t think we had neighbors above us, just next to us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you have no other options. Healdsburg is just really hard bc sometimes you can get a nice hotel at a decent price, then other times, there is nothing available and you’re going to pay an arm and a leg for a 3-star.

Per la seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato una grande proprietà. Sempre pulito. Colazione buona per un pasto gratuito. Piscina e tubo caldo molto piacevole dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio.

Stavo qui una notte dopo aver andato al Museo di Charles Schultz. Ci siamo stati caldamente accolti e abbiamo dato la camera 320, una camera molto tranquilla con due letti regina. Lenzuola e asciugamani erano molto bello. Lampade molto buone in bagno. Il colazione aveva buone selezioni. Il letto è alto per me e mi sarebbe piaciuto la stanza più buia. La luce microonde era luminosa! Il letto era molto comodo. Mi sarebbe rimasto qui.

Viaggiando in un soggiorno in NorCal e soggiornando in 3 proprietà IGH in fila. Ho gli altri due da confrontare, ma sono anche un programmatore di incontri professionista e soggiorno in un tonnellata di hotel. Li ispetto persino per un soggiorno, quindi la mia prospettiva è con un occhio critico. L'ingresso è un po'difficile, anche se sono arrivato dopo l'oscurità, rendendo ogni segnale ancora meno efficace. Una volta nel parcheggio aperto non c'era alcun segno di ”Entrate” sulle porte, né un logo esterno. C'era un foyer con la stazione di igiene manuale che potevo trovare! Morgan ci ha salutati al divano e è stato un vero piacere e ha reso questo soggiorno dignitoso delle 3 stelle! Ecco le mie osservazioni all'arrivo: *Delle 4 luci di pendenza sopra il divano, 3 funzionavano *Il piccolo mercato era fuori di acqua in bottiglia - NON in tutto l'hotel! *Nessuna opzione per mangiare e solo caffè per andare al mattino; nessuna bar danese, frutta o granola da trovare! *Morgan lavorava da solo con un 63% occupato, ci sono 4 piani. La mia stanza era al terzo piano con vista di una fattoria caprina. Era una stanza tranquilla, ma la materna era molto morbida e muta. Dopo aver sbagliato, abbiamo trovato i seguenti problemi: *Una tovagliola sporca e una maschera di faccia usata nel pavimento del giacca. *La cassaforte era chiusa, Ci è stato fornito il codice ”master” per sbloccare! *Nessuna lavastoviglie *Servizi di bagno usati Mi fa capire che non è stato anche aderito alcun protocollo Covid-19. Il mio parere è che il proprietario è micro-gestione di questa proprietà e mette profitti sulle sue obbligazioni di franchising! Questo è un Holiday Inn, non un Holiday Inn Express, quindi le aspettative di una proprietà a servizio completo sono state garantite.

Chiamò a Berlino al di fuori del divano. Ogni volta che tornai o lasciai il giorno, mi riconosceva sempre con il mio nome e era sempre molto amichevole e utile. Situazione conveniente proprio fuori dalla strada, vicino a Kaiser e vicino a molti vinicoli. Questo è un grande posto se viaggiate con la famiglia. Camere spaziose, piccole, cucina, colazione complimentare, Wi-Fi e parcheggio. Sono anche lavanderia sul sito.
