Staff behaviour was good and food was also good room was good but still need some improvement like telephone was not working then the staff gave his number to order something. Location was perfect

The hotel was tidy, but the menu had limited choices. Unfortunately, the music from the banquet hall was audible in my room. There were quite a few visible pipes in the bathroom. On the positive side, the bathroom itself was well-kept and clean. However, the bedding appeared to be a bit old.

Poor service. Hot water not available in winter. Receptionist or manager not available in his place. Food rate is very high. Behaviour not good
