I recently stayed in a double occupancy room, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Firstly, the room amenities were severely lacking. Basic necessities such as complimentary tea bags, cups, and toiletries were missing. Despite multiple requests to the front desk and room service, we were directly refused, with staff insisting that such items were not included in the room. Furthermore, the towels provided were in poor condition, appearing unclean and very old. To make matters worse, there was no doormat in the bathroom, causing water to spread across the room after every use. Items that are typically standard in such establishments were either unavailable or of noticeably low quality, which added to our discomfort. The service was equally unsatisfactory. Responses to our concerns were delayed, and the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to resolve even basic issues. These shortcomings severely impacted the comfort and overall experience of our stay. Given the cost and the reputation of this property, I expected much higher standards. I urge the management to take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to ensure future guests receive the quality of service they deserve.
