Hotel con piscina a Hayward

Questo è un bel hotel molto pulito e uno dei pochi hotel che ho trovato a piedi da una stazione BART (la camminata richiede un buon 15 minuti, non raccomandato con bagagli pesanti), sono rimasto qui per tre notti per un matrimonio vicino. La mia stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita, tutto era comodo. Il colazione era molto buono e il personale era gentile. L'unica domanda che avevo era che la mia stanza #227 era direttamente sopra la sala colazione e ogni mattina tra 4:30-5:00am le porte squarcianti erano aperte e chiuse per almeno un'ora e questo non mi permetteva di dormire. Se sei un sonno leggero come me, stai lontano da questa stanza.Tutto il resto era davvero buono. Ma il sonno interrotto per tre notti ha appena succhiato. Sarei rimasto qui, ma in un'altra stanza.

L'igiene è buona!Ci sono assorbimento e lavaggio ogni giorno, anche se le strutture sono vecchie ma sono state molto ben mantenute.

Stayed in room 401 for 2 nights. As stated in another review, how can a brand-new hotel be so filthy? Stains everywhere. There was a full trash bag sitting by the elevator all three days of my stay. There were numerous piles of dirty towels by room doors in my hallway the entire time. Nobody vacuumed any of the common areas, and the floors needed mopping. I had booked two queens for me and my companion, but was told on check-in that there were no rooms of that type available, so we had to take a king with pull-out. At 1ppm when we opened the pull-out, the mattress (which did actually look comfortable for a pull-out) was still covered in the factory plastic. There were no sheets/blankets/pillows for the pull-out. When I called down tot he front desk, they told me if I took off the plastic I would have to pay a $50 room deposit charge, and that they use it as their mattress pad. Also stated that they would not bring me sheets, I had to come down and get them, even though we were already in our sleepwear. Complimentary breakfast was not good, and very limited. Noise from the street was excessive. On my 2nd day I called the front desk 10:00am to ask for housekeeping service. She said they were all booked up for the day, and they would not even send anyone to take the trash, make the beds, or replace the towels. Even though there was a sign in the room advertising the service! The piece de resistance was at check-out, they would not give me a receipt, telling me to go to ******* for it. What a nightmare, NEVER AGAIN!
