I don't think it is fair to make people pay the normal cost of a room when things are broken in it and nobody has been there to pay for it. Amenities are a high priority of people staying.

Lisa at front desk very pleasant, big room #101, nice to sit by fire in lobby. Pull out couch definitely needs mattress upgrade. Otherwise room was great!

No glasses in bathroom-dry hair all over shower wall-doorknob falling off bathroom door. Not cheap. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great. Mold in the bathroom shower. Key pad broken to the pool/ hot tub room. Not always someone available to assist you. Timer not working on the hot tub. Vending machine not working properly.

The hotel had a great location but the rooms were old and tired. We would not use the bath tub as it looked dirty or moldy aroun the caulking. If we paid less than $150 we may have been ok, but for this price we expected much more

I have never been so disappointed by a room being so disgusting as the room we stayed in was. We finally checked out a day early just to get out of the filth. The main area that was disgusting was the bathroom. A majority of the caulk between the shower wall and the tub was totally covered with mold. The other area was the a/c that was extremely noisy and dirty.

The only reason it was excellent is toilet was way too low to ground. You need grab bars for it.

Did not have a shower curtain for my first day so water flowed all over the floor in the bathroom. They did install a shower curtain and rod on the second day. Breakfasts were good and the pool was very nice. Bed was comfortable.
