Our family-friendly 2 story home is centrally located in beautiful Northern Michigan, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive from beaches, trails, and the Little Traverse Wheelway is a one minute bike ride away. You will be 8 miles from Charlevoix, 8 miles from Petoskey, 11 miles from Boyne City. Swim in Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, or Walloon Lake. Enjoy local festivals, wineries and breweries. This modest home has a sunny, large back deck, overlooking the woods behind, and fire pit. The large fenced-in backyard has plenty of room for kids to play. You will feel right at home with WiFi and streaming TV.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack n' Play available upon request..About customRules:If your stay is longer than 2 weeks and want additional cleaning services, a cleaning fee will be added for each additional cleaning..If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for watering plants.
