Hotel in zona Heathrow, Hayes

Vicino all'aeroporto di Heathrow. Accessibile via autobus di shuttle “hotel hoppa” per 7 sterline. Camere moderne pulite. Ristorante italiano eccellente aperto tardi. Piscina è stata grande.

I was glad with the kindness of the staff, the overall cleanness and proximity to heathrow airport. But i was disappointed by the lack of fridge safe in the room and no suitable wall plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. I had to use it next to the bed. Other than that it was a very decent experience for what i had paid.

1. La colazione nel Regno Unito non è poi così buona. Non c'è niente da mangiare. 2. È vicino all'aeroporto, ma prendere un taxi per l'hotel costa più di 16 sterline. Forse Uber sarà più economico? 3. È difficile valutare il servizio, dipende dalla persona: ero indiano quando ho fatto il check-in e non mi sentivo a mio agio a parlare con lui questa volta mi sono dimenticato di fare il check-out e di restituire la carta quando sono uscito; avevo fretta di prendere un volo la mattina presto, quindi ho inviato un'e-mail alla reception e il loro atteggiamento è stato molto amichevole e ha detto che avrebbe potuto portarlo con sé la prossima volta che sarebbe andato lì.

Although the hotel is having refurbishment being carried out we enjoyed our stay  There was no disruption in our stay  The bar was open  Restaurant and swimming pool was closed but we went next door to have dinner which was lovely  All in all very nice stay

It was my fourth time in a row. Lovely hotel to stay at. Thank you for looking after us.

The chandelier reflected perfectly in the mosaic beneath it. Real plants framed like art. The Orwell Library by reception offered a nod to legacy, not a shrine. To sleep in Orwell’s former room, as Matthew ”Huxley” Forrest, was to experience a collision of timelines—where two philosophical lineages whispered across the decades. There was no fanfare, no museum velvet rope—just an unspoken truth carried through the wood, the light, and the quiet. The family behind this space deserve enormous credit. Their design is masterful. Their spirit is gracious. The son—a sharp, soulful thinker—invited me into their world with the warmth of an old friend. The mother, a genius of flow and form, brings an invisible coherence to every corridor. The Yorkshire roast they recommended might be the best I’ve had—and I say that as someone with Yorkshire blood. Staying here was not a hotel experience. It was a chapter in a longer book. And I don’t say that lightly. For those with ”eyes to see”, this is no ordinary accommodation. It is a place where synchronicity meets hospitality, and where thinkers—past and present—might just find their next idea between the walls. This hotel doesn’t need to shout. It whispers, wisely.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole qui. La parte migliore è stato il servizio clienti: ogni singolo membro dello staff è stato molto attento e mi ha fatto sentire il benvenuto. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, come ci si aspetterebbe. Anche se è molto vicino all'aeroporto, non si sentono aerei o inquinamento acustico. Consiglio vivamente anche la colazione, che era fresca e varia.

I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is very nice, clean, multifunctional, I liked everything about it, it is very convenient

As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport. Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in. The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.
