Hotel a Hayes

"Ho soggiornato al Best Western Ariel per una notte prima di un volo mattutino da Heathrow, ed è stata una scelta azzeccata per la comodità. La posizione è ottima: a pochi minuti dai Terminal 2 e 3, e c'è un bus navetta che passa regolarmente. Il check-in è stato semplice e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, nonostante il mio arrivo in ritardo. La camera era compatta ma pulita, con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno: un letto comodo, una doccia decente e un bollitore con tè e caffè. Non è affatto un hotel di lusso, ma ha svolto egregiamente il suo compito. L'insonorizzazione era sorprendentemente buona considerando la vicinanza all'aeroporto: ho sentito a malapena gli aerei. L'unico neo è stata la colazione: un po' spartana per il prezzo. Inoltre, l'arredamento è un po' datato, ma, ripeto, per una sosta di una notte in aeroporto va benissimo. Ci tornerei se dovessi avere bisogno di essere vicino a Heathrow!"

"Servizi: l'illuminazione nella stanza è un po' scarsa e buia. Salute: non male. Ambiente: molto buono, al primo piano c'è un ristorante e un bar. Servizio: atteggiamento molto buono, L'unica cosa negativa è che puoi pagare solo con carta di credito o fast pass. Non si accettano contanti."

"Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢"

"Nice hotel with decent sized rooms. There was a wedding party one when we arrived and there was loud music playing until 00:00 - which isn’t great when we wanted to sleep after a long flight. Hotel is quite close to the airport, but still need to take a bus (taxi was £30 for a 5min drive which is a bit extreme). Would consider staying again if there’s no wedding party happening."

"I absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again."

"I don't think I would stay here again unless the price was right and there weren't other properties around Heathrow at a decent price. The key reason is that the property is in need of a refurb. The wear and tear is visible, the furniture is all chipped etc. Apart from that, the bed was actually comfortable and the bedding was great so soft. The breakfast was standard and the staff was efficient."

"The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat. The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel."

"Got a free room upgrade and the room was very good, with everything working as it should which makes a change for a hotel.  Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Ours was an adjoining type room so we could hear the family next door but not intrusive. The room value was very good, although dinner prices were quite high and breakfast at £25 each was extortionate so we didn’t bother."

"Un coppia molto amichevole mi ha offerto anche una parte del loro pranzo. La camera è confortevole con grande TV. L'ospite si è spostato per assicurarsi che soddisfasse tutte le mie esigenze e che mi fosse stato dato il rispetto della privacy che mi serviva per competere con il mio lavoro sul computer."
