Hotel a Hayes

"Raramente do una risposta negativa, tuttavia le camere pubblicizzate dall'hotel non hanno nulla a che vedere con la camera reale. Ho prenotato una camera doppia standard e sono rimasto deluso. Segni su tutte le pareti, macchie sulla moquette e il letto era appena sufficiente, con pochissimo spazio su entrambi i lati, l'arredamento era molto datato, nel complesso per una camera che dovrebbe essere doppia e che avrebbe dovuto essere singola. L'unica cosa positiva è che il minuscolo letto matrimoniale era almeno comodo, ma se fossimo stati in due sarebbe stato un incubo. Nel complesso sono molto deluso e credetemi, ho soggiornato in alcuni hotel e sistemazioni molto datati in passato. Sicuramente non è un hotel a 4 o addirittura 3 stelle. Ci tornerei? Assolutamente no!"

"La posizione è buona per l'aeroporto. Tuttavia, l'autobus da e per l'aeroporto passa ogni 1 ora. Questo è un aspetto negativo. A parte il fatto che mi sono goduto il soggiorno."

"Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢"

"Servizi: l'illuminazione nella stanza è un po' scarsa e buia. Salute: non male. Ambiente: molto buono, al primo piano c'è un ristorante e un bar. Servizio: atteggiamento molto buono, L'unica cosa negativa è che puoi pagare solo con carta di credito o fast pass. Non si accettano contanti."

"I absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Nice hotel with decent sized rooms. There was a wedding party one when we arrived and there was loud music playing until 00:00 - which isn’t great when we wanted to sleep after a long flight. Hotel is quite close to the airport, but still need to take a bus (taxi was £30 for a 5min drive which is a bit extreme). Would consider staying again if there’s no wedding party happening."

"I’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn"

"The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat. The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel."

"Un coppia molto amichevole mi ha offerto anche una parte del loro pranzo. La camera è confortevole con grande TV. L'ospite si è spostato per assicurarsi che soddisfasse tutte le mie esigenze e che mi fosse stato dato il rispetto della privacy che mi serviva per competere con il mio lavoro sul computer."
