I don’t even know where to begin because this hotel was a complete nightmare from the moment I arrived. The pictures online must be at least ten years old because the reality looked nothing like what was advertised. The entire place felt neglected, dirty, and honestly unsafe. The room was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets, the walls had marks all over them, and the carpet felt sticky. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks mildew in the shower, hair on the floor, and a smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door. Noise was constant. Doors slamming all night, loud talking in the hallways I barely slept. Customer service was non-existent. When I complained, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing. Security felt questionable. The lock on my door was loose, strangers were wandering around the corridors, and the car park had no lighting at all. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. Overall, this hotel is rundown, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I checked out early and booked somewhere else because I couldn’t stand another night there. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.
