The Cabin was lovely and clean the towels were so fluffy, they even have beach towels for you to use around the pool. The pool was lovely and warm , Didn't want to get out.

Nice amenenties, nice staff but sadly it’s where the positives end. The sites are very small, not good for bigger caravans. It’s supposedly a secure park, we were there 8 nights, the boom gates were open the whole time, there are codes for everything the gates on the sides of the park are never closed you have riff raff coming through all hours of the night. The pool has rules it’s no use kids are bombing one another, balls coming at you from all directions, very unpleasant.. We have been to a lot of caravan parks and it’s the worst so far

10/10 for the reception staff, kind friendly and helpful. Cabin and park in general was clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Pub, cafe, IGA and takeaway all within walking distance.

Excellent park, great amenities but our site wasn’t the best. Great position - short walks to the surf beach, pub and shops.

The Villa didn't really cater for 4 adults and were quite small the internet didn't work and the TV's didn't work and when we reported this to staff they didn't care and were no help.

Very comfortable cabin but felt it needed a handrail on steps to the cabin verandah.

Extremely disappointing experience. For the price being charged, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilets were absolutely filthy — far below any decent standard. Showers had hair everywhere, and the same hair was still on the floor the next morning, clearly showing nothing had been cleaned. Would not recommend at all.

Dreadfully rude unaproachable Reception woman (Indian) Not only to us but we witnessed another heated conversation with this person as well. Talking to other caravanners she was a common point of discussion. She needs to go or you will loose people. Pool people and cleaners went out of way to be friendly. I have NEVER experienced this behaviour from the many caravan parks I have been to in many years. During the week was a great but come the weekend all the ferrels from under every rock dropped there kids off at their own supervision whilst they refreshed themselves. Ammenties blocks ended up with mud everywhere. Yes it was raining but when you have muddy feet prints all over the walls toilets cisterns and basins I cant explain that. Sorry but we wont be back.

Good location , short walk to the beach and some of the caravan sites adjacent to the beach are double slab but priced accordingly (high) can’t comment on the cabins but they look ok. New pool area but no shade, maybe it’s not finished yet ? Amenities, camp kitchen , dump point are ok. The roads are fairly narrow but most van sites easy to get into, some of the grass sites are a combination of grass & dirt and way overpriced for what they are. Bar across the road is closed for renovations but no more than 10 mins walk back to Hawkesnest shops. If your in a caravan walk in first and pick your site, the far end of the park is grubby with a few permanent vans, looks like a rubbish tip. Boom gates to enter and coded security gates either side of park which were left open during our stay Pretty average overall and should be cheaper but I would probably stay again for a few days given the location. Staff were helpful and nice enough.
