Pellicon Beach Resort

Questo Resort ha una totale ***canza di personale. Il resort da 12 a 15 cottage viene invecchiato da solo due donne del personale. La reception, la cucina, la colazione, le pulizie e tutte le cose del resort sono *** invecchiate da solo 2 membri del personale. Il proprietario, il signor Girish, è una persona molto lunatica e non sa nulla dell'ospitalità. A tarda notte si siede in giardino fuori dalle stanze a bere qualcosa con i suoi amici parlando a tono molto alto e soprattutto esegue le canzoni di Party a tutto volume. Ha interrotto la musica dopo aver chiesto per due volte che i miei figli e la mia famiglia volessero dormire alle 23:00. Anche se le camere del resort sono OK e si può avere la vista della spiaggia anche al resort. Non hanno alcuna sala da pranzo e nessun accordo per il pranzo o la cena. Servono solo la colazione e anche nel giardino stesso. Anche i prezzi non sono bassi rispetto ai servizi. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto nella media e ha fatto molte aspettative.

La posizione è straordinaria, molto vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca (100 metri), anche il servizio in camera è eccellente. Il personale è molto disponibile, Shobha Mam - una signora straordinaria, che gestisce il resort da solo con tutta la faccia sorridente. Contro: le camere da D-2 a D-5 non sono ben attrezzate. Sembra molto vecchio, ma hanno cambiato stanza come avevo richiesto. La colazione è molto semplice (un solo oggetto alla volta). Ma nel complesso un buon soggiorno, 5 STELLE per Location-Shobha Mam Service. La famiglia può soggiornare e godersi la spiaggia in qualsiasi momento durante il soggiorno...

The rooms were not that great, no room amenities were provided. We had issues with water and electricity throughout our stay, the owner was a bit creepy. There was only one wo*** as a staff, so she couldn't provide help to us on time, there was no food available plus the money that they charged us for a stay wasn't worth. I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money for this hotel also its not at all like a resort. Don't go with the name or pictures.

The ***ager Shobha took care of everything very well, she is humble and great at her work. The experience could have been even better if the wifi service was available to the room and not that we had to come to the reception to use it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pelicon. The owner and the staff Shobha were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, it offered privacy, easy beach access, and peace of mind. We ended up extending our stay and absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay! ***agement is extremely friendly and responsive to customer requests, and the beach-facing location is a dream come true for kids. Really enjoyed the time here, and will definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit Havelock!

This place has a beautiful garden, private beach and spacious rooms but none of it was well maintained. The rooms had all kinds of pests, the bathroom wash basin was leaking. The beach front and the garden isn't well lit making it inaccessible after sunlight. The pro is that this has an excellent location, right next door to Full Moon Cafe. All said and done this is still better than any other property in Havelock that doesn't have a private beach.
