I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff? 2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests! 3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel. 4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel. I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident. 入住后居然淋浴間沒有洗髮水和沐浴露,打電話給roomservice,說馬上送到,出門一天累得半死想早點洗漱休息,愣是等了二十多分鐘沒見人影,再打電話又說housekeeping上來了,打開房門等了十分鐘還是不見人影,再打電話就直接掛斷或是根本不接,無奈只好去前台,前台正悠閒的躺著,看到我直接喊樓上扔下來一個洗髮水,沒表示任何歉意。這破酒店的服務也是服了~

看評論的時候一直不敢預訂,因為差評太多,最後還是因為其優越的地理位置決定冒險預訂。入住以後非常欣喜:與卡賓司機衹有600米的距離,但價格僅僅是個零頭;位於中心去哪裡都很方便,設施各方面都不錯,附近很多餐廳,包括很多攻略中提及的六美元一衹的龍蝦餐廳。

Hotel molto bello. Arredi e interni ben curati. Lo staff è gentilissimo, cerca di accontentarti su tutto e ha una grande educazione. Piccole note dolenti, è un paese molto umido, la camera aveva molte farfalline. Tutta l’Havana non ha un buon sistema idrico, quindi talvolta il bagno emanava cattivo odore. Ma non è solo questo hotel, è un problema di tutta l’Havana. La colazione mediamente buona per chi mangia cose dolci. Per il salato, mi sembrava molto più ricco, ma non l’ho assaggiato. La vista sul terrazzo toglie il fiato, credo sia la più bella dell’Havana! Inoltre è centralissimo, quindi si è vicini davvero a tutto ciò che c’è da visitare di importante. Sono italiana e noto molte cose; e se devo consigliare questo hotel, lo faccio completamente! Complimenti per fare la differenza.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Hotel Bristol di L'Avana e l'esperienza è stata eccellente. La struttura è elegante, ben curata e situata in una posizione strategica per esplorare la città. Un particolare elogio va al personale, che si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Amanda, alla reception, che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Non solo ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per visitare al meglio la città, ma ci ha anche seguito con attenzione per tutta la durata del soggiorno, rendendolo davvero indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente il Grand Hotel Bristol a chiunque desideri un soggiorno di qualità a L'Avana, con un servizio impeccabile che fa davvero la differenza. Sicuramente tornerò!

Albero magnifico, il personale molto professionale dalla reception con la signorina Amanda che ci ha indicato e fornito tutte le informazioni ed i servizi offerti dall'albergo. Esperienza indimenticabile Assolutamente da ritornare !
