I stayed in this bed and breakfast as part of a small-group tour, while traveling throughout Cuba. The entire stay and experience was impeccable! From the outstanding customer service , 24 - hour front desk, amazing and healthy breakfasts, assistance making restaurant reservations, super comfortable beds, you will not regret or be disappointed by staying here! Highly recommended. I stayed in two different rooms throughout my 8 night stay, and both rooms have no complaints. I've met people staying here from all over the world: Japan, England, Switzerland, California, Russia.

Madero was an absolutely perfect place to stay in Havana. It was spotless, the staff treated us like family. When my fiancé had a stomach issue and had to stay in, they treated him as if he were a family member. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooftop deck was a perfect location to either have a meal or just read. The location was very walkable, Plaza Vieja was a few blocks away, and there were many restaurants to walk to in addition to the Malecon, which was only a few blocks away. I highly recommend the Madero, in our opinion there was no better place to stay in Havana!

What an excellent place to stay and to see the absolute highlights of Havana. The culture, old classic cars, food, bars, and restaurants are amazing, but most of all, what makes Havana and Cyba in general are its people. My partner and I totally recommend Madero. The beds are comfortable and clean, you will not be disappointed, and their breakfast are delicious.

My partner and I stayed here on 2 recent occasions whilst exploring the beautiful country of Cuba. The accommodation was just perfect, extremely comfortable, clean, perfectly located just a few streets back from the main square (Plaza Vieja). Close enough to the beating heart of this beautiful, vibrant, colourful city, but with a wonderful feeling of homeliness and family. The breakfast was superb, the services are second to none! Please don't miss your opportunity to stay here if you are visiting Havana.. you will not be disappointed. I almost forgot, there is a small quaint rooftop area which is great to sit and sip a cold beverage whilst looking out over the local streets and surrounding areas. Minibar provided with reasonable prices.

The house was in the heart of old Havana overlooking peoples houses and lives and a street full of action and music. Real and authentic. The hosts were helpful, friendly and gracious. Lovely clean quaint rooms, tasty breakfast. Highly recommended!

Lovely restored space, conveniently located in Old Havana. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the plant filled breakfast area. We particularly loved the excellent coffee, fresh fruits and juices. We felt very welcomed.

Fantastic fully renovated space. Great staff. Great room. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy (as does much of Havana) but it felt very safe nevertheless. todo bien!! Close to the squares. I really have no more to say! Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,

Madero B & B was perfect for our family of 10! My husband and I got the first floor room...so pretty and no steps. Also perfectly quiet even tho Old Havana was bustling just outside the front door. The electric dumb waiter took bags to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors where we had 2 king doubles, one triple and one single. The roof top terrace on the 4th level was a delightful place to relax, read, and listen to the lively street noise. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. Just a few blocks to Plaza Vieja where we enjoyed dinner at Cafe Vitrola. A wonderful place to sty while you explore Havana.

I unintentionally found this place , Madero B&B by randomly searching via the Google map. After reading reviews from many guests, I decided to book this nice and cozy house. Lizy, a hotel manager, is very active and quickly response to my booking. When I stayed for 4 nights in this house during my Havana trip, every reviews from guests are true and really touched. Madero is a safe and happy place for a solo traveler. All staff here are friendly and adorable. Location is also perfect for sightseeing of Habana Vieja. Love and impressed this house. Thank you all guys for a great service.
