2017-2020年之間無數次住在這家塞維利亞酒店，一直很喜歡，這次作為懷舊又住在了這家酒店，一切設施和服務以及房間都安好，與以前一樣滿意，但有兩件事不滿意，第一，頂樓城市景觀餐廳取消，沒有早餐和晚餐，早餐自助餐改到了一樓餐廳，伙食不好。第二，是任何遊客都受不了的事，就是酒店網絡太差了，好不容易上一次網還有斷網很多次，有時候上不了網，有急事時太讓人着急。以後不會再住這家酒店了，雖然酒店很漂亮。

È un hotel storico di stile spagnolo legato alla catena Melia in parte ristrutturato. Camera per tre persone spaziosa e curata, con bagno ben organizzato. Personale gentilissimo La colazione ricca e abbondante ( per il luogo che è poverissimo) Si gode inoltre una bellissima vista sulla città

Durante il mio soggiorno a fine ottobre 2024, per lavoro, ho avuto modo di apprezzare soprattutto l'eccezionale servizio e la contiunua attenzione al cliente da parte del personale: in particolare Gilberto, Aracelys e Andres sono stati professionali, cortesi e sempre disponibili.

Appena arrivato (alle 3 di notte dopo 8ore di bus e 11 ore di volo) nella stanza non funzionava l’aria condizionata e c’erano 40gradi, impiegarono 1ora circa per il cambio stanza provvisorio e il giorno successivo un’ulteriore cambio stanza.Gli ascensori non si possono chiamare perché manca il bottone e quindi si usano quelli del personale con un uscita imbarazzante con vasche per raccogliere acqua che cola da tutte le parti(foto). Ho portato degli ospiti in piscina e dal menù di bevande che propongono solo hanno acqua, birra e limonata(foto). Al check out mi hanno accusato di aver rubato una asciugamano di mani e ho dovuto pagare pur non avendola presa. Un’esperienza davvero orribile, Wi-Fi e pos che non funzionano bene si disconnettono spesso. Paghi per 4stelle superiore ma in realtà sono 2, vi sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza! Una porcheria, schifosi, disonesti e ladri!

Ottima posizione e hotel stile sevillano molto caratteristico e accogliente. Pupi e tutto lo staff sono stati straordinari, disponibili e fatte sentire come a casa. Ci hanno dato tanti consigli sulle cose da visitare e ci hanno consigliato una buona guida per la citta’. Il mio voto e’ 10 soprattutto le persone che alla fine fanno sempre la differenza.

We’ve stayed in Seville for 3 night and despite experiencing hurricane Rafael and complete power cut in the whole country we’ve enjoyed our stay in this unique place. Staff is super helpful and extremely friendly . The hotel decor gives you proper Cuban feel and the location is great. Despite few little bits not being up to the “European standard” we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel Seville is a perfect place to stay whilst exploring Havana as well as havinging leisurely times around the swimming pool. The place is spotless has a nice breakfast, a snack bar near the pool and a 24 hour bar/restaurant in the plaza. Great if you come back from an evening out. My room was cleaned every day to a high standard and frequently got a free bottle of water. But what makes Hotel Seville stand out from the other hotels in Havana is its staff. Every single person was so helpful and friendly giving me a warm welcome each time they saw me. Especially Gilberto and Harold whose English was perfect. This was my third visit and I will definitely be coming back

The hotel is a stunning older beauty. The foyer is gorgeous and perfect for chilling out and the lobby bar is great for 5 a.m. expresso and 2 a.m. cocktails. The room was basic enough but we knew we would hardly be in it and all the amenities were present, clean, and correct. Breakfasts were the usual buffet but the team was very attentive to coffee refills and any questions we had. The thing that ramps this review up is the people who work there. They made this a perfect stay for us - they were all respectful, funny, responsive, and had a generosity of spirit that really made the experience for us. We had an unfortunate morning where the lift broke down and the team worked so hard (alongside our Travel Rep; big shout out to Artemio and Love Cuba - I'd strongly recommend) to ensure we, and others, suffered as little inconvenience as possible and were encouraged, and celebrated, for putting up with the issues this briefly caused. The customer care was impeccable. The pool was lovely too. If we go back to Havana we'll go back to Sevilla - big thanks to the Team there!

Lovely hotel, on the great location with amazing view. Coffee at the breakfast needs to be better! Very kind and polite Reception Guy Tony made everything run smoothly! And I loved his shoes!!! …......................................
