Hall d’ingresso bellissima. Si tratta di un hotel storico, probabilmente un tempo era anche un luogo particolarmente lussuoso. Oggi è totalmente decaduto, le stanze sono vecchie, piccole, umide e buie. Asciugamani trovati sporchi, i corridoi in alcune parti dell’hotel sono persino in una sorta di “ristrutturazione perenne” (Ovvero sono distrutti come se ci fossero dei lavori in corso ma nessuno effettivamente ci lavora) In generale l’hotel è sporco (tranne nella hall) Posizione ottima

Our travel agent booked us here, then we started to be apprehensive given other reviews in Trip Advisor. We, however, were very pleased with our stay! The beds and pillows were great! We never had trouble with anything but a lovely temperature shower. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs as were the staff in the lobby - Michael in particular was VERY helpful throughout our stay. WiFi was only available in the lobby, but since we weren't expecting any, we were pleased. There is 24-hour security.

One the most terrible hotel in Havana. It has a bad service, hotel stuff every time wants to lie guests. All furniture are old, rooms are dirty. Definitely it’s not a 4 stars, it’s something about 2 stars rate

Nice and clean hotel. Want to say only good words about the manager. He was very helpful and nice. Helped us with the internet connection and answer all our questions. The food in the restaurant is good and nice atmosphere

The ratings on this hotel are not so good for some reason. I didn’t stay her, but the entrance is stunningly beautiful with Amazing tile and colonial architecture- in beautiful condition. I had a couple of drinks here an really enjoyed it. I had a “Daquiri Natural” made by the bartender “Uber” and I have determined that it is the best daquiri in Havana, and for less than 1/2 the price of La Floridita, which is Hemingway’s famous hangout. Go here for the bar. Ask for Uber - I’m not sure I spelled it right, but that is how he pronounced it. He has family in Nebraska and we did a FaceTime call with his nephew. It was a fun time.

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω μείνει στη ζωή μου. Καταρχήν ήταν γεμάτο κατσαρίδες τεράστιες. Οι τουαλέτες σιχαμερές. Μείναμε 3 μέρες. Αλλάξαμε 4 δωμάτια γιατί πραγματικά κανένα δεν ήταν κατοικίσιμο. Στο πρώτο βρήκαμε κατσαρίδες. Στο δεύτερο το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας δεν δούλευε. Στο τρίτο έλειπαν τζάμια από τα παράθυρα. Οποιος έχει πάει Αβάνα ξέρεις ότι είναι αδύνατον να κοιμηθείς χωρίς κλειστά παράθυρα γιατί εκτός από τις κατσαρίδες υπάρχουν και ποντίκια. Μια από τις πιο βρώμικες πόλεις που έχω επισκεφτεί ποτέ. Στο τέταρτο είχαν χάσει το control του air-condition με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να είναι σε κατάψυξη και να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς. Στο πρωινό παντού μύγες στα φαγητά. Τα πάντα μπαγιάτικα εκτός από τις ομελέτες που έφτιαχναν εκείνη τη στιγμή και η μόνη safe επιλογή μην πάθεις κάτι. Φυσικά μόλις βρήκαμε ένα πιο αξιοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο φύγαμε. Ούτε 1 αστέρι δεν αξίζει αλλά δεν έχει πιο κάτω για να βάλω.

Het personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereid om te helpen met eventuele vragen of verzoeken. De centrale ligging maakt het verkennen van de levendige straten van Havana een waar genot, met talloze bezienswaardigheden en geluiden binnen handbereik. Voor een onvergetelijk verblijf in Havana, is het Plaza Hotel absoluut een aanrader!

Es un hotel de muy buen servicio y calidad. la acogida del personal es muy buena. Un hotel con atributos especiales y ambiente agradable. Volveré y lo recomiendo a todos!!!! La Habana te espera y disfrutarla en un lugar así es mucho mejor!
