The location, food and everything was good. Just the placement of fans are not proper inside the wooden cottage where i stayed. Too far from the bed. Also the ac seemed to be not working at all. The cooling effect was very less inside the room.

Property is vast and good. However basics like frequent power trips are common. Food rates are okayish. Not too exorbitant. The staff is good and cooperative.

The place is not meant for people who want a relaxed trip away from crowd. They play loud music till late in the night. The staff is okay but but not trained to understand the customer’s requirements and their first answer is always mo to a situation. The tents are not worth. They are very ordinary

Property is not at al maintained. Premium cottages were sub standard and complimentary breakfast was just a formality. No options for children. I had the worst experience till date.

We were given luxury tent which was 6k + taxes. Floor was torn, gazer didn’t work, door to dress couldn’t close

The overall experience was good, and the staff is very courteous. Few things could have been better though. Outside area of the premium cottage balcony is bit dirty and the rooms needs to be bit more cleaned.
