Let's start with the moment i entered the hotel. It was at around 4 pm, i parked my car in the parking area while my wife went on for the registration counter. After parking me and my kid 4 and half years went to see the pool and she was very eager to swim. The pool was nice and the ambience beautiful. We were allotted room no 301. As i entered the room my luggage was neatly placed inside the room allotted to me. I wanted to freshen up and so headed for the bathroom. As i turned on the tap, the shower went running. I tried to fix it and last realised that the shower malfunctioned. I used the bucket and the mug. I was done bathing and now wanted to enjoy the tv as it was the ipl season. Opp s the tv is not recharged. As i wished to dial the intercom, to my surprise a bad one was just kept as a show piece, and so i had to physically walk to the reception to tell them the problems. The tv was recharged after much request but again only the cheap channels. I had to again walk to the reception counter to again raise a complain as the intercom was not working and no response on the mobile number attached with the room key. At last the did recharge the required channel for the ipl. More to add, no mosquito repellent was available, only one set of dental kit was made available, and not to forget i had to enjoy tomato soup as they mistook the order for lemon and coriander soup. I know these are petty issues and i should not rank my review as terrible, but no, i paid and thought it important to highlight these issues which for me were not small. But to be true the hotel was buzzing with guests who may have suffered same as me, or may be not. The staff were ill trained and no coordination was there
