Room is new and clean…
But the toilet n bathing door alignment is kinda not in place.
So when closing the door will need to extra careful or it will make a loud sound.
Floor is kinda wet when it is outside and kinda slippery.
Staff is die fly but their English understanding is kinda limited.. so speak with patience or use google translate

L'hotel di posizione è un po' lontano dal Lee Garden. Ma l'hotel è nuovo e ha viste piscina. Siamo molto rilassati. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. La progettazione della stanza è molto antico stile thailandese. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Possono parlare inglese. Il WiFi è buono. Il colazione non ha varietà di cibo. Ma nelle vicinanze hanno 7 Eleven. La nostra esperienza in hotel è buona. Torneremo di nuovo.

Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero apprezzato in un nuovo hotel quadrato stagionale, grande e spaziosa camera, letto, TV, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, grande bagno, la parte migliore è la camera interconnessa per una famiglia di 5, letto aggiunto a nessun costo per una delle camere. La palestra è piccola ma abbastanza buona, la piscina è anche molto bello. Il lobby è spazioso e può mettere il nostro bagaglio mentre andiamo a fare shopping dopo aver controllato. Buon servizio clienti.

This is a basic no frills hotel. It has a common room for us to have breakfast. We can buy food from Supermarket which is in Hatyai Central ( just across the road). In the common room has microwave, drinks and biscuit. Room is huge, if can add a bench or a table with 2 chairs will be great. The large space is wasted. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. WiFi is great.
One negative: instant water heater is not working well. The heater cannot be adjusted. Water is very hot. The drainage gully trap need to be removed into for the water to be drained
Overall this hotel is ok to stay.

Lee garden Hotel was great stay with my family,I will recommended for those with kids,elderly, or even group of girls are good for this hotel,when ever you step in the hotel building, the hotel staff polite, always standing by for you to enter the lift, real safe,hotel room was clean, water pressure good enough,with hot water, except didn't come with long bath, others all OK,they was safety box in the room, small kettle and fridge, my room was jus only 2 single bed and can see newly renovated,for those if with bigger family I will recommend others room, coz the bed not really big, I'm staying the top 30th floor,coz their lobby was on 10th floor, location perfect for you to go anywhere, all shop are nearby, most of them by walking distance. Front desk service was excellent. Accomodating late Check out. Didnt try halal hotel food because its Central location offered so many other halal food options! Basic toiletries were provided and shower water pressure was powerful. Sejadah and qibla direction available in room. Easy access to ample free parking inside the building.

1.Extra Pillow - we just have 1 pillow each guest which is the pillow is so thin n soft make us pain in shoulder.cannot request extra or pay additional.
2.We stay for 5d 4n during our stay is raining season so we request for extra towel but they said No extra towel i think they dont have own doby centre.

JJun HaoI recently stayed at The Habita Hotel Hatyai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks.
Location: The hotel is in a great spot, centrally located and close to many attractions and dining options. It’s perfect for exploring Hatyai.
Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Room: The room was modern and comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, there was no safety box or iron and ironing board, which might be inconvenient for longer stays or business travelers. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the toilet area.
Amenities: While the room lacked a designated luggage compartment area, the living room was well-equipped with an iMac for guests to use, which was a nice touch. Shampoo was provided, and the minibar items were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise.
Final Thoughts: Despite the few shortfalls in terms of amenities, the overall experience at The Habita was great. The location, friendly staff, and thoughtful additions like the iMac and complimentary minibar make it worth considering for a stay in Hatyai. Just a little attention to the room’s missing items and minor maintenance issues would make it even better.

VVederic YingL'hotel è un hotel molto accogliente e pulito situato a pochi 10-15 minuti dal centro di Hatyai ( Lee Garden ).Tuttavia, l'hotel dispone di un servizio di trasporto (8-10 ppl) in vari luoghi se ne ha bisogno a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Molti ristoranti e negozi lungo la strada principale. . L'hotel ha anche un ristorante con colazione stile thailandese. La stanza è costosa e pulita con tutte le attrezzature in buona condizione

L'hotel, in pieno centro della città, offre un modesto soggiorno per i viaggiatori che cercano alloggi di base senza frittelle.
Quando arrivato, il processo di check-in era regolare, e il personale era cortese, ma non troppo attento. Il lobby esulò un fascino funzionale, con decorazioni minimalistiche e aree di seggio che servivano il loro scopo senza molta flirt.
Quando mi sono recata in camera, ho notato che i corridoi erano puliti, ma un po’ date, riflettendo il carattere inaspettato dell’hotel, e che la stanza stessa era abbastanza spaziosa per un soggiorno confortevole, anche se con mobili che mostravano segni di indossamento e lacrime. Il letto, pur non lussuoso, ha fatto dormire una notte decente, e le lamiere erano pulite.
Uno degli aspetti notevoli dell'hotel era la sua pulizia; il personale di custodia ha fatto un lavoro prezioso di mantenere la temperamentalità per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, l'assenza di pranzi compiacenti o addirittura di una colazione è stata deludente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano comodità.
In termini di attrazioni, l'hotel ha offerto gli elementi essenziali: Wi-Fi, una TV e un bagno funzionale con sapone. Mentre queste strutture sono sufficienti per il mio breve soggiorno, possono essere scarse per gli ospiti che si aspettano più moderne comodità o strutture ricreative.
In generale, l'hotel è un'opzione a buon mercato per i viaggiatori che cercano un'opzione di alloggio senza frills in una posizione conveniente. Sebbene non possa essere un lusso o un'ampia gamma di servizi, offre un posto decente, anche se insignificante, per riposare la testa dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città.

AAmin/MikeOverall, it is a good budget hotel to stay in. This is a long historical hotel in Hat Yai. The building is very old already; however, it has a spacious size. Kindly do not overexpect when you wish to stay here. The lighting is not quite bright. During the day, the lobby area is quite dark, and they shall turn on the lobby light in the evening. The hotel has a lift, so it is quite convenient for those who bring their family members along. When you go up to the upper floors, your feeling will be changed. It's actually a big hotel. Maybe because it is already old, the hotel management does not focus much on professional hospitality. On the other hand, it provides a cheap price to stay thus this conpensates what we do not receive from its best service of hospitality.
