First of all the location of the hotel in not as per the BILLBOARD they displayed on their page. There are similar bill boards named “Bhundaree” around 200m away frm hotel which is opposite songkhla university so our taxi driver dropped off there. When i entered the owner said i must go to the back that’s the actual hotel. Using google maps and his direction we actually end up in wrong street and someone over there guided to the actual place. Its actual spot is beside Big C convenient store opposite a Mansion and beside apartments. As we arrived at night arnd 8pm the front door was closed and we were panicked. There is a path to car wash beside the door so the car wash staff brought us to the inner counter of the hotel. Its actually too inside and as first timer we got confused and wasted time. Most of them are not English speaking so i had to used google translate to communicate. It was a hassle for a receptionist not an English speaking.
As we only stay one night we managed bt the room was all good . PLS BRING UR OWN TOILETRIES most budget hotel there dont provide toiletries. Thank god i brought after seeing no someone’s review. U can just walk to night food market and clubs nearby.
BUT to get a grab it would take time. Please dont use Maxim as the drivers there confused wt the place and keep cancelling. At last Grab saved us. I liked the place but not a go place again bcos its too inside.

Beside this only one thing I will like to bring up is tge floor map is slippery, pls add some anti slip matt below. Beside this all perfect. Will come back again.

Hop Inn downtown Hat Yai is located at strategic spot which I can walk around for food. Just about a 100 m at the bent., I can have my favourite choice of congee for dinner.
Room is very clean , air conditioning is cold and water heater is hot enough. Most important I have a fresh clean bed sheet and blanket. But a bit noisy as my room is near the lift.

By far, the best hotel ever stayed in Hatyai. Although the location is just a bit out of town but it's a good area. I like the covered parking. The hotel location is opposite to the famous delicious Thai noodle restaurant. Parking is ample. The shower gel smells good. The only downside is the shower. Water pressure is good but it's small. I will stay here again. Bed is probably a bit hard for some people, but I'm ok with it. The room is spacious with a real refrigerator 😆. Easy to store all the foods if you buy a lot from 7-11. Happy customer here!

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed!
I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change.
On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately.
However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue.
I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring!
Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

excellent stay. Hotel is conveniently located, parking is ample, close to 711 store and cheevit cheeva. Easy to get grab. Room is clean and spacious, breakfast is ok, can be improved esp. if could add more thai dessert, espresso machine or signature thai chicken or pork porridge. Services at front desk and check in is very good, they help to keep our bag, called to book our massage and carry our bags to room.

This is a basic no frills hotel. It has a common room for us to have breakfast. We can buy food from Supermarket which is in Hatyai Central ( just across the road). In the common room has microwave, drinks and biscuit. Room is huge, if can add a bench or a table with 2 chairs will be great. The large space is wasted. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. WiFi is great.
One negative: instant water heater is not working well. The heater cannot be adjusted. Water is very hot. The drainage gully trap need to be removed into for the water to be drained
Overall this hotel is ok to stay.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Despite having twin beds, I experienced the best sleep ever. The towels were clean, and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.
9/10 if only the gym had been open for use.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch to start the stay.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant visit. The swimming pool is a great spot to unwind, though the piano in the lobby is unfortunately out of tune, which might disappoint music enthusiasts.
For dining, there’s a local kopitiam and dim sum restaurants within walking distance, along with a nearby 7-Eleven for convenience. The hotel also has an on-site café, but I found it to be quite pricey compared to local eateries.
One thing to note is that all major attractions require transportation, so having a vehicle or planning for rides is necessary.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and relaxing amenities, especially if you appreciate good service and nearby dining options.

JJun HaoI recently stayed at The Habita Hotel Hatyai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks.
Location: The hotel is in a great spot, centrally located and close to many attractions and dining options. It’s perfect for exploring Hatyai.
Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Room: The room was modern and comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, there was no safety box or iron and ironing board, which might be inconvenient for longer stays or business travelers. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the toilet area.
Amenities: While the room lacked a designated luggage compartment area, the living room was well-equipped with an iMac for guests to use, which was a nice touch. Shampoo was provided, and the minibar items were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise.
Final Thoughts: Despite the few shortfalls in terms of amenities, the overall experience at The Habita was great. The location, friendly staff, and thoughtful additions like the iMac and complimentary minibar make it worth considering for a stay in Hatyai. The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

VVederic YingL'hotel è un hotel molto accogliente e pulito situato a pochi 10-15 minuti dal centro di Hatyai ( Lee Garden ).Tuttavia, l'hotel dispone di un servizio di trasporto (8-10 ppl) in vari luoghi se ne ha bisogno a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Molti ristoranti e negozi lungo la strada principale. . L'hotel ha anche un ristorante con colazione stile thailandese. La stanza è costosa e pulita con tutte le attrezzature in buona condizione
