good service, clean, near macro n festival center. will book again for future vacations

Great value for money, right beside the Central Festival Mall.Hotel itself was very clean, and nice entrance. Room is basic, but was clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a hot shower, big TV and but sadly i can’t connect to wi-fi. Would definitely stay again

Avoid this hotel. Water pressure is low and inconsistent. No room slippers will be provided. Springs on beds are all spoilt and not changed. Pillows are shameful and are all uneven too. Hot water heater controls are all damaged and can't control. Requests for drinking water will be charged each time. Lights in rooms are dark and gloomy. There will be no places to store luggages safely if you are planning to leave the hotel later. This will be first and last time to stay here. Never again.

The hotel located nearby the central festival. Very spotted for travellers.

Convenient location next to the CENTRAL FESTIVAL MALL and MAKRO also just cross a bridge

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

the hotel is near to Central Hatyai mall only walking distance.If you are driving to hatyai there is parking available to park your at the hotel

The hotel location so perfect. Just beside one of Attractions place and some nearby night markets. For the rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Service of workers is great as well. Will definitely have a another booking later

This hotel i swear, super good. For sure Will come back here again. The room is big. Really love the pillow. The staff also very good. Wish my birthday after check in process was done. So touched 🤭. Amenities good, room clean, ac cold. Just walk 2 min to go to central hatyai. Thank you Z sleep team 🥰 for the deco effort. Appreciate that 👏🏻

The hotel located at a very strategic location. It is within walking distance to Central Hatyai (100m), Asean Night Bazaar (700m) and Greenway Night Market (900m). The room is very clean and spacious. Tuk-tuk is easily available around the hotel. Grab is also convenient and the price is reasonable.

Very strategic location. Just beside Central Hatyai. Makro is just in front. Just using the overhead bridge and Makro is located. Room was decorated.

Pros - Love the grey big pillow. Comfy and cute - Spacious room. Comfy and good bed - Smart tv - Strategic Location. Walkable to central mall in 5min - Easy to get tuk tuk. - 24h Common room with microwave (got free hot drink in the morning) - Wifi lobby was ok. Also got wifi in the room but i not try to connect bcs i use the local simcard with internet - Friendly n good staff. Very helpful in Attending to our requests. Cons - Thin wall. Not too sound proof but bearable
