Cosy and homey yet warning VERY HOT! 🥵 I book a king room with a king bed for RM190. The room is a bit small which is unexpected bcs I thought it would be bigger from the picture but the bed is comfy. Coming to the hotel is pretty easy since it is located in the center of Hatyai and hospitality service from the receptionist is A! Greeted with welcome drink during a hot day and we got to check in at 1pm. Another plus point is drinks in fridge are free so thats a plus that is rare and they have ironing room! Some inconvenience that might be a deal breaker are: 1. Water pressure is very low tho and if there is no aircond you’ll be sweating if your room is on the second floor bcs somehow it is very hot in the building. 2. Parking is limited to 5 cars only and it is so difficult to park so I’m giving the last one just 4 stars. Since these two are a huge dealbreaker for me I might not repeat except for going to the hotel cafe. They give 10% discount to their hotel resident if you are interested.

Cozy little hotel. Very clean & comfortable! 2-3 mins walk to 7-11. There’s a cafe in the hotel as well. Food and coffee very reasonable price. Will definitely choose here again on my next trip here!

Overall the entire team and the stay were pretty good.

Hotel is good, already came here previously for the cafe but could not managed to book a room due to full. This time I got it. It is nearby to town and not so crowded area. Room and hotel is pretty. Good for a stay cation, relaxing on weekend and honeymoon. Just a reminder there are no lift available for elderly or disable. Water heater could be improved since it is very hard to get hot water. Almost none at all.

All so great! Just add 650 baht if u need an extra bed. The staff are all kind, good and always smile. Got drinks also in the room. Free drinks. 3 mineral water, 2 can drinks and 1 packet drinks. Got welcome drinks and i love it. Feels welcome there.

Aesthetic hotel. Such a vibes. I love my stay here. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Our bed is comfy and so cosy. Short distance to Lee Garden night market etc. even its in the city center, its very quite here. They have car park too which is a bonus point since we self drive there. For RM150 per night, i definitely recommend you to stay here.

We have a great stay at Casa 33, the room is clean and neat. We love the cafe very much, the atmosphere is amazing. The swimming pool is a bit small and deep for our kids to enjoy. The staffs are kind, polite and have good service, one of the staff even helped us to make a restaurant reservation for my mother’s birthday dinner. We will definitely come back for all the good things.
