Unman-aged hotel with third class service. Hotel and it's restaurant having less than required staff which make our experience terrible. We reached 2 hours late on our check-in time even though rooms were not available, and they took one more hour to clean and accept the check-in. No proper response when we asked for the reason. We reached here after 4-5 hours of journey thinking to fresh up and then do the lunch but with late check in made us frustrated as we have kids with us. Unwillingly we went to the restaurant thinking to finish our lunch atleast as everyone was very much hungry but the in house restaurant experience even more terrible. With limited staff we struggle to put our orders, we ourselves following to their staff just to take our order and the they served food after 45 minutes. How pathetic experience i am unable to explain here the feeling. At last after one hour we all got our rooms, but again the rooms and corridor are smells very unpleasant even though they applied room freshner. All washed bedsheets were put on the corridor railings, unwashed bedsheets were kept in the corridor corner, people had smoke inside the rooms keeping the smell intact very long time, cats the corridor usually and hotel unable to clean immediately keeping it there for longs time. All this makes the room very unpleasant place. Not a single hotel staff is responsive, this hotel does not fall to be categorised under star rating. When our cab driver know we booked this hotel to stay his reply was like we could have booked some homestay instead as he knows the hotel very well and the experience people has staying here. We are very much upset listening this and feeling waste our hard earned money on this trip accomodation. It's all lack of proper management. I advise the owner of this hotel and his staff to do hotel management course to provide atleast good service to customers or close the hotel forever. Not recommended for anyone.
