The rooms were in immaculate condition and very comfortable. John had awesome customer service and very professional. Thanks John for your warm welcome. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Customer service in this hotel is the best by far. They really make you feel like you are at home. John was very helpful. He consistently provided the best customer service I have ever experience. This is a great hotel. very clean, looks like almost new. Friendly and helpful staff. it's also a great location in Harvey.

I stayed here the night of February 25, 2023. It is a new hotel and I was impressed with how fresh and clean it is. I also very much like this Home2's layout and decor. It is located next door to the Harvey, LA, Hampton Inn which is also very highly rated but not as new. (In my opinion, there is no longer a reason to stay at Hampton Inn's. Home2's have everything (except a safe) that a Hampton has plus they tend to be newer with more spacious rooms.) I had to drive to the New Orleans cruise terminal at 8:30 am Sunday morning. From parking lot to parking lot, it took me 12 minutes.

I truly enjoyed my 2 week stays each month from April-September at the Harvey location. What made it enjoyable was the friendly, professional care extended to me by three employees: Sherry, Bridget and Kim. Sherry worked above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure I had everything I needed while there. She also worked multiple shifts when called upon, because other employees didn’t show up for work. Sherry deserves recognition and compensation for her commitment to the job. Bridget and Kim were also nice, friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet. I felt the down home hospitality provided by these three ladies and will have fond memories of my stay at Home2 Suites in Harvey, Louisiana! Sincerely, David F.

Very clean hotel, and the lady’s that work at the front desk are sweet, I’m not sure of the lady that worked the night before but I just loved her and checking out this morning I got Mrs Sherri helping me such a lovely lady

We had a really late check in (4 am) the first night, after a long drive. Jada at the front desk was so energetic and kind and accommodating to us. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the lobby and gym provided us a good place to get work and work outs done. We didn’t get the name of everyone on staff, but everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful to us. Possibly one of the best (of many) hotels we have ever stayed in! 10/10 would stay again.

Everything was amazing had the best stay and I want to give a shout out to the front Desk Jessica cates was the sweetest Lady , very helpful and polite .. I would definitely recommend if anybody ever goes there to ask for Jessica .. thanks for makeing my day better …. The place was beautiful the rooms were very nice.

My Sister was here to stay for a whole week Re a family event. When she went to the pool with the family she got locked out of her room. This was a huge Inconvenience considering all her belongings were in the room as well. Bianca was so helpful as there was no Maintenance Man on property, she had to manually unlock a auto locking mechanism and she had to be on the ground with this long device trying to unlock the door. She spent 30 min trying to get us in the room….she had to contact the on call Maintenance Man and Chris got the door open and changed the battery!! Bianca went above and beyond made the stay awesome. Bianca you rock!!!!❤️

We had an amazing stay.! From Mrs. Sherry at the front desk (who went above and beyond to accommodate us) to the housekeeping staff who were very attentive and always in good spirits. Great amenities and good location close to restaurants.
