It's in a great location for playing golf in and around Hartlepool. Check in was brilliant. Hotel was comfortable and quiet

The hotel is now tired and in need of modernisation, decoration and even a gardener. Weeds are everywhere outside, between paving and the bushes are full of litter. The rain guttering is full of more weeds. Inside our room was in need of a deep clean, stained carpets, dust on skirting tops and whoever last painted the ceiling forgot to mask off the lights. Finally the decorative metal railings on each window were so rusty they were flaking. Travelodge next time I think.

Rip u of check debit cards fined us for something they said we did an we didn't so if u pay but card make sure u check again charged my wife 198 98 room an 100 fine for smoking lol 😆 we don't 2ven smoke so check your cards or in fact pay buy cash cos I will be infuture where ever we go

Hotel rubbish rooms not clean kids running up.an down knocking on peoples doors then running away they charged me twice for the same room apparently got accused us of smoking in the room when none of us do smoke they took 100 fine of my card with out telling me only noticed when I looked at my online account totally wrong how many else's cards have they done this so people who stay there check your payments and take photos of the room before hand they say they got evidence but haven't sent it to me yet Horrible robbing badtards taking more of your card with out nowing its theft in my eyes

Absolutely amazing location. We stayed 2 nights.. treats on the bed for my birthday. Fantastic early check in at 12 midday ! Free parking, our room Overlooked the marina .. no air con but nice to feel the breeze coming through the window ..mattress a dream.. pillows dreamier .. not keen on the food the brewers fayre had to offer but Nando’s 5 mins walk.. The housekeeping / receptionists couldn’t have been more helpful . Very friendly. Asda and Morisons and M&S very close by too for snacks and treats .. well deffo return . Thank you to all who made our stay fabulous. Not sure why it’s only 3 star!

I stop in this hotel periodically for work, rooms well presented and Erika and Sophie on reception are always welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble even on the odd occasion I accidentally lock myself out of my room. Would recommend for both business and family trips!

The hotel was very clean and as was room overlooking marina ,very enjoyable stay breakfast plentiful and all staff very happy and friendly
