I had high expectations for this establishment given its advertised 4-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with that standard. While the ambience and décor create an appealing setting, the overall stay was disappointing due to significant issues with cleanliness, hygiene, and essential amenities. The room itself was average, though the view from the swimming pool area was quite pleasant, especially at night. However, several maintenance and service-related issues severely impacted my stay. The sliding door did not lock upon arrival and required repairs. Parking was disorganized—I was initially directed to one spot before check-in, only to be moved again later. The most concerning issue was the lack of hygiene in the room. The bed linen, especially the pillows, was visibly stained and not clean, which is completely unacceptable for a 4-star-rated facility. The towels and bath mats were also stained and not properly laundered, further raising hygiene concerns. Pillows should be replaced immediately to align with the standard expected of such an establishment. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities promised on the website. There was no hairdryer, no proper dressing table with a mirror for grooming, and the kettle had no compatible plug. Furthermore, the available two-point plugs did not work. The air conditioner leaked water, the shower glass and bath window were cracked, and the couch was visibly dirty and marked. While the staff were friendly and helpful—an absolute highlight of the stay—the overall state of the accommodation does not reflect a 4-star rating. Given the severe cleanliness issues and the lack of proper facilities, this establishment does not currently meet even a 3-star standard. Unless significant improvements are made, particularly regarding hygiene and maintenance, the advertised rating is misleading. I will try out the breakfast and spa tomorrow, and hopefully, it will make up in a sense of the experience so far.
