The room is dark but we just needed a place to spend the night. It was clean and the staff was very nice!

For the price is very good. The only bad thing is that you can hear everything that is happening on the next room. 3 stars

For the price I was pleasantly surprised! We walked across the street to the shopping center and Texas Roadhouse. Great location. Service and room great also

I stayed here in October 2023. There was NO FOOD for breakfast next morning. How could something so important be mismanaged so badly?
I came back last night because I thought that was an aberration. Skimpy breakfast this morning. When we came back to the lobby to check out, a man said there was no more bread and the man behind the desk said “sorry there ‘s no more.”
Also we checked in late on Thursday and planned to eat in our room. But when I asked the man behind the desk for plastic utensils he said they were locked up for the night and inaccessible.
Staff and rooms here are great, but food management is abysmal!

My stay at Quality Inn Harrisonburg I-81 was excellent. The staff was professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for I-81 access. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Five stars for delivering straightforward, quality service and comfort.

Very nice visit. Not very busy, staff was attentive and quite pleasant! Hotel and room was clean as was the breakfast area.

Very convenient, clean and quiet. We arrived early and I called the front desk regarding check in . she said my room was ready anytime, I arrived and was told it wasn’t I said I must have misunderstood, but somehow the room was miraculously ready. Just a moment of frustration. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel was old and rooms were small. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Mattress was not comfortable. The parking lot in back of hotel was not well lit-breakfast was minimal. Nothing wonderful about this property-just mid. You get what you pay for.

Extra clean hotel with great staff. Walking distance to everything you want and need. At least 20 restaurants, stores of all kinds, Groceries and more.
Will stay here again when im around the area.
