Amazing hospitality The room we stayed was wonderful!!!

訂了湖景房，有大露台可以望Harrsion Lake，風景非常優美，房間整潔幹淨，有個細細廚房，有齊餐具，但沒有爐頭。下次會再選擇入住。

Staff at the front deak were Amazing. Check in and checknout was super easy. The only reason i didnt give a 5 for the Property condition was because it is under renovation. It was great over the weekend nice and quietl but 7:30 Monday morning the workers were in the room right below us hammering and scraping which you could Not sleep through.

Construction started bright and early around 730am. When I called front desk to ask what was going on and why was it so loud I was told I should have read the fine print and its not their fault that its loud. First and last time visiting there

Beautiful room with a fantastic view. Hotel is being renovated but we stayed in an already remodeled room. Very enjoyable!!

The hotel is under construction now. We been staying in renovated room. Nice, fresh, and cozy. Staff on reception was friendly and helpful. Next morning no electricity in the all entire hotel.Very inconvenient! Had no chance to take a shower, use a hairdryer , and make a coffee. The most horrible part was taking stairs from 4th floor with luggage in a darkness. We sent a complaint to hotel manager. No answer at all! Very disappointed!

The was under construction.floor carpet is outdated.Too much noise due to on going renovation.They should have informed customer that they are undergoing renovation while booking on their site.

The rooms were specious with great amenities. Loved the restaurant as wellwhich was in the same building.

Really love the place. Loving the high ceiling and the look. Bring your own slippers because they dont provide. Really loved the view. Would definitely come back next time!

Staffs were friendly and helpful but ongoing construction was bit of a downside
