This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. I’m a Titanium member and have already spent 30 days in other Marriotts this year alone. The bathroom needs new hinges, tub, and in the least, a clean shower curtain. The one I had was very moldy. The door hinges were rusty, as was the coffee maker that completely leaked. I requested another coffee maker to which another front desk person said she would look for. I requested this Tuesday morning, and returned around 7-8 PM. No coffee maker in sight. I asked someone else who appears to assist with security or cleaning. He found a new one for me, but this should have been replaced long before. During check-in, I was told cleaning was every other day; and also what I selected using the Bonvoy app. Nobody ever came to clean the room. The location wasn’t great; at least not the view looking at an auto parts spot. Someone else I bumped into during my stay said he was looking for another location since he couldn’t imagine staying there for a month. I looked but the area had sold out of rooms. Otherwise, I really wanted to leave. There is a Springhill Suites close by that I stayed at the week before; it was so much better. I slept horribly throughout the week; the walls are thin, and you can hear every single kid running down the hallway, door knocking, door slamming. Also, it’s rare I come across hotels that have absolutely no USB outlets. The normal outlets are hit and miss as far as working. The AC unit is loud, and it’s either hot or cold, no good balance (it’s the old school unit near the floor; no wall control). Unless you are in desperate need of a place and all others are sold out, keep your expectations low. I feel bad for the employees as they appear to hold dual roles; the night manager never seemed to be at the desk, but i would always see her checking the floors. Another looked like she is also responsible for cleaning the lobby area. Perhaps this is why the room never got serviced. The 2 stars is only for the employees. Mia moglie e io abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a Perdido Key Fl sulla spiaggia per vacanza. Poi, andiamo a Biloxi per un concerto Lynyrd Skynyrd sabato sera. Prenotamo una stanza attraverso Trip.com prima dell'arrivo. Abbiamo avuto una bella guida da Perdido Key e siamo stati molto sorpresi dalla bellezza delle spiagge di Biloxi. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, piacevolmente sorpresi dalla condizione della Hampton Inn. La piscina è grande, abbondante parcheggio ombrato, molto pulita e aggiornata. Il personale era grande e persino ci lasciamo controllare un po 'prima con una stanza aggiornata con vista sulla spiaggia. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Microonde e frigorifero nella stanza. Gli ascensori erano veloce. Dormivano bene. Il colazione era davvero buono e, ancora una volta, tutti i dipendenti erano molto gentili e utili. Sicuramente rimarrà lì ancora se visitate Biloxi.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché era pet friendly. Ero in missione per portare il mio PomChi di 10 anni lì per un viaggio di fine settimana in spiaggia! Nel complesso è stato buono - La prima stanza in cui mi hanno messo aveva un odore terribile, qualcosa tra un prodotto chimico o come se tutto fosse stato molto bagnato a un certo punto. L'addetto alla reception avrebbe solo spruzzato il deodorante per ambienti, ma per fortuna il cavo non funzionava nemmeno in quella stanza, quindi hanno dovuto spostarmi. La stanza accanto aveva un buon odore e nessun problema con la tv. La piscina interna era bella. La colazione era limitata a causa della pandemia - principalmente barrette di muesli e acqua in bottiglia, yogurt e frutta. Mentre navigavo, uno dei proprietari si è avvicinato e mi ha guardato con sospetto, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto a disagio e come se fossi stato profilato alla colazione ”gratuita”. Accidenti. A parte questo, la posizione è un po' scomoda e una delle strade secondarie che portano alla spiaggia ti porta attraverso un po' di quartiere. Nel complesso è andato tutto bene, ma probabilmente non ci tornerei a causa della posizione e dell'esperienza a colazione del proprietario.
