Wir waren für zwei Tage in dem Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte gut schlafen, aber das Bad war leider nicht sauber und ich würde in dem Hotel nicht länger als zwei Nächte bleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ganz okay

The staff are the most lovely and kindest helpful people I’ve met visiting any hotel, always making sure we have what we need and that we are ok and engaging in conversation when coming and going. The only reason for me to not give this a 5 star is due to the mattresses not being so great

Nicely placed hotel next to a restaurant, room was clean and large. Able to park outside which was free. The visit was made by a very friendly Shelley who was very helpful throughout the stay! Would recommend for business travel due to the convenience of it

The hotel is absolutely immaculate in every way. Every member of staff are friendly and very professional. They are all good at their jobs and the management are always ready to help if a problem occurs. Top Girls and Guys .Thank you once again Leanne, Shelley, Brooke, and everyone else.

Disgusting. Is this what £110 pays for dirty sheets and don't even mention the bathroom. I will attach photos. Noise till 3am. No sleep. Only nice thing was that it eas 5 minutes from my function. Didn't expect a lot from train station hotel but for my money expected better than this.

Right next to a rail link to London and Stanstead Airport. Free parking during your stay and a reasonably priced NCP next to it if you’re in need of parking after you check out. Lovely staff, tidy room.

Booked a accessible room for my disabled son (wheelchair user ) and drove over 3 hours to be told they had given it to someone else was expected to use a family room , even though he couldn’t access the bathroom , there mistake but treated us so poorly , they need to address there booking system !
