Have stayed at the same property numerous times when it was with 'Ganga Sadan' but now the new owners seem to have no interest in the place. We had a horrific experience starting with a rude employee at the reception sitting with a grouchy face & who yells at you in case you have any problem. The rooms have stinky 'toiltish phenyl 'smell & are dirty. The food is below average & the linen is dirty. Bathroom needed proper fittings as the hooks were broken. There is no one to even assist with the luggage. There is NO wifi or parking as incorrectly stated in amenities. there is only a dining area which is filthy. Seems like the only money spent by the new management is on the 2 new big sign boards which attract naive travellers to stay there. This place should be called ' Enter Mat'.. Never Enter. Big No...

Property location is very good, it's easily reachable. I had a pleasant experience there, all the staffs were very cooperative, hospitality was more than expected, food was very tasteful and healthy, restaurant staffs are very helpful. Rajesh pandey ji (staff)was a very helpful and nice guy, he guided us very well and cleanliness was upto expectations. I strongly recommend for stay in this hotel

Had a very comfy stay.. safe for d family..humble n cooperative staff.. rooms was neat..d location of hotel is very good it’s 10 steps from mansadevi ropeway and walking distance from har ki pauri and main market.. food was delicious.. highly recommended

Pros: 1. Good Budget Hotel 2. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom Linen and Bed Sheets are clean. 3. Helpful staff. Responses are immediate. Eager to serve customers. 4. Near to Railway Station. Cons: 1. Bathroom should have exhaust fan. 2. Located in small lane. But that not much issue as main road is nearby in 100m. Overall our stay was pleasant. We book two rooms and both rooms are neat and clean. Family members experience was good overall.
