Siamo rimasti incantati dalla vista di Pilibhit House, il Gange aveva tutto il nostro cuore. È stato un soggiorno così bello, ma ci siamo sentiti in colpa perché è stato un soggiorno breve. La migliore proprietà in India, vorrei sicuramente tornarci per giorni più lunghi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ospitale, il personale della reception guidato da Hemant Ji, Yamuna, Anchal, Sameer, Ashutosh e un dolce ragazzo Akash, e il team del ristorante e il cibo erano favolosi Disha e Yogendra sono stati fantastici.

I would give more stars if I could! Staying at Pilibhit house was definitely the best decision that made this a flawless trip. Here’s the quick rundown - Mr Ajay came to pick us up at the airport, we were greeted by Mr Yamlal ji at the door followed by the reception team led by Nikita, manager Mr Hemant and the rest with a beautiful welcome ceremony. They explained the various in house activities that take place daily - guided morning walk to Har ki pairi, yoga with Dr Vishal, delicious breakfast with desi chai (thanks to chef Deepak and team Kuldeep, Disha, Anuj, Ajay, Kishan and the rest), navgrah puja, afternoon high tea, evening aarti at the hotel’s own ghaat followed by scrumptious multi cuisine dinner. We took dips in Ganga at the hotel ghaat many times under the watchful eye of our safety guard Gurmeet. Our housekeeper Vikas was absolutely outstanding taking swift action on all of our needs. The best part was that everyone on the staff is very well trained and always smiling and courteous. The hotel also invites musicians throughout the day - Mr Basu starts the day with serene flute, A father-son duo plays harmonium and tabla during daily high tea, and then Mr Randeep who is a master pianist and keyboard player during dinner create a lively atmosphere. The hotel also offers many guided experiences for guests such as Rishikesh tour, wildlife safari, river rafting, local Haridwar tour, in house spa etc. you can also ask for a personal request such as day trip to Masoori or Dev Prayag. Our guides Mr Azadgiri, Mr Arvind and Mr Gautam were very experienced and knowledgeable. Thanks also to our drivers, the two Ajay’s, Paramjeet and rickshaw drivers Ajay Goswami ji and Vijay ji. The most amazing part was that during our farewell ceremony we were offered dahi-gud (yogurt and jaggery) which is traditional Hindu way of wishing farewell and happy journey! I sincerely hope that Maa Ganga will call me back to Haridwar and I can come back to Pilibhit house many times.

The experience of staying at pilibhit is like you have to be there to feel it. The staff didn’t left any stone unturned to make you feel like a queen . They didn’t say no to anything I asked them, went there for special day celebration , they upgraded my room, welcome was done by chanting , shankh ki awaaz , rudkraksh Mala , tilak , told you they make you feel like queen or king. The hotel staff Right from Hemant Duty Manger to Nandini were so warm & attentive. One of the best food I have in Taj properties I have been so far, Pilibhit house you guys certainly have the best chefs - Chef Uday, Chef Pradeep Chef Rohit . The food was amazinnnnng! Donot forget to dine out at their The Terrace restaurant. Badal & Vikas thank you for making and decorating my room. Jiva Spa- Neha is such a knowledgeable girl & makes you relax with the wonderful massage. The knowledge she has for pressure points is on point. The activities they offer in property be it Ganga Maa Aarti , Yoga, high tea for in house guests , Nav graha Pooja , Palmistry & so on can keep you indulged in devotion. At time of checkout they offer curd & Jaggery to make sure the journey is safe n happy. They give you a token of love as hand bracket of Rudrakhsh . Dnt forget to visit Om Prakash and sons who small counter in also in hotel if looking for beads, crystals , stones. Pilibhit House - You guys have changed raised the bar . God has been kind.I experienced something I was not expecting and I believe it’s all about the positivity, vibes, aura & Maa Ganga blessing. P.S. - called up the terrace restaurant at 3:45 am to reheat my food so that I can eat after mediation and sleep. The guy with warm smile bring it at early hours , could sense he was resting at that time but he did deliver the food with the best hospitality Taj is known for. These gestures you can’t forget.

I celebrated my anniversary, and the experience was fantastic! Mr. Sanjit, was attentive and courteous, ensuring everything was perfect, while manager Sanjay made us feel warmly welcomed and special. It is very rarely that one comes across a Hotel that 'exceeds' one's expectations, this one did! Pilibhit House was a delight in every sense of the word, an indulgence of all senses. The location is outstanding, the product serene and the team dynamic, resulting in heightened guest experience. What was very striking was the detailing in the property, it has been done very tastefully keeping the aesthetics in mind, soothing and pleasurable to the eyes. The F&B was a sheer delight, kudos to the Chef and his team for curating dishes that are delectable in taste and delightful in presentation. With a 100% vegetarian menu, this is no easy feat to achieve. The menu choice is also diverse in selection and cuisines. Hardwar old city walk and dining was a fabulous experience. My compliments to the entire team for delivering such an outstanding guest experience in every which way and making Pilibhit House one of the top offerings under IHCL banner.

What a wonderful stay we had! From start the finish the service was absolutely fantastic. It’s a small boutique hotel feel with great style and amenities. We used the kids playroom, the gym, the pool and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea. Walking distance to the main bazaar.
