The Pilibhit House is a beautiful oasis. Every single person is caring about the guest since the very moment they open the door.It is a sensorial experience. The music, the flavors of good food and afternoon tea, the beauty of the building and art pieces in front the Ganga, the Ghat. They take care of every detail to make your hotel stay unforgettable as mine is. I felt specially moved by a surprise ritual for my birthday, the mantras, the smiles, the delicious treats. I would say that The PH makes of the confort and kindness a ritual.

It is very rarely that one comes across a Hotel that 'exceeds' one's expectations, this one did! Pilibhit House was a delight in every sense of the word, an indulgence of all senses. The location is outstanding, the product serene and the team dynamic, resulting in heightened guest experience. What was very striking was the detailing in the property, it has been done very tastefully keeping the aesthetics in mind, soothing and pleasurable to the eyes. The F&B was a sheer delight, kudos to the Chef and his team for curating dishes that are delectable in taste and delightful in presentation. With a 100% vegetarian menu, this is no easy feat to achieve. The menu choice is also diverse in selection and cuisines. Hardwar old city walk and dining was a fabulous experience. My compliments to the entire team for delivering such an outstanding guest experience in every which way and making Pilibhit House one of the top offerings under IHCL banner.

We chose to celebrate my husband's 60 th birthday at this property and our decision did not disappoint us. The sacred maa Ganga flowing facing our room view was so mesmerizing and soothing as if we are literally in the lap of our mother. The hotel staff went out of the way to make my husband feel special on his very special milestone of life. The room was decorated with rose petals in a simple yet elegant manner. The hotel staff including the Manager Vikas Nagar,front desk manager Jeetender champawat,his assistant Sameer, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff including the staff of the pan Asian restaurant at the terrace are so courteous and hospitable.( I include each and every staff but unfortunately don't know their names) The Ganga arti,bhajan sandhya, Navgrah Pooja made my husband's day as he is a religious person n he has carried back beautiful memories of his memorable experience (including his experience at the Jiva spa...sandeep this is for you)at Pilibhit house haridwar. Thank you everyone who hosted us exactly how we expected from the Taj staff...you guys deserve a pat on a back. Highly Recommended!! One must experience the serenity and peace there near the banks of maa Ganga!!

Excellent property ***** the Ganges which is passing parallel to the hotel, give a very good feeling and vibes, a old haveli converted into a beautiful villa where you get a very spiritual feelings. Food is also very good and spritual and Indian

Just back after a short stay at Pilibhit House, Haridwar. An oasis within the typical chaos of Haridwar. The property is stunning and conveniently located on the bank of the Ganges. Rooms were comfortable and the food was also top class. We had a lovely experience with credit going to the various staff who really added value to our stay. In particular I’d like to single out Shruti for her very helpful nature, and for being tuned in to our needs. Sanjay was a true gentleman and conducted himself extremely professionally with a smile and was also always on hand to answer our questions during meal times. Other members of staff were also brilliant Ashutosh, Anil and Hemant were a few who also impressed us. Credit also to the management. We’ll certainly come back here as we had a wonderful time.
