We chose to celebrate my husband's 60 th birthday at this property and our decision did not disappoint us. The sacred maa Ganga flowing facing our room view was so mesmerizing and soothing as if we are literally in the lap of our mother. The hotel staff went out of the way to make my husband feel special on his very special milestone of life. The room was decorated with rose petals in a simple yet elegant manner. The hotel staff including the Manager Vikas Nagar,front desk manager Jeetender champawat,his assistant Sameer, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff including the staff of the pan Asian restaurant at the terrace are so courteous and hospitable.( I include each and every staff but unfortunately don't know their names) The Ganga arti,bhajan sandhya, Navgrah Pooja made my husband's day as he is a religious person n he has carried back beautiful memories of his memorable experience (including his experience at the Jiva spa...sandeep this is for you)at Pilibhit house haridwar. Thank you everyone who hosted us exactly how we expected from the Taj staff...you guys deserve a pat on a back. Highly Recommended!! One must experience the serenity and peace there near the banks of maa Ganga!!

Just back after a short stay at Pilibhit House, Haridwar. An oasis within the typical chaos of Haridwar. The property is stunning and conveniently located on the bank of the Ganges. Rooms were comfortable and the food was also top class. We had a lovely experience with credit going to the various staff who really added value to our stay. In particular I’d like to single out Shruti for her very helpful nature, and for being tuned in to our needs. Sanjay was a true gentleman and conducted himself extremely professionally with a smile and was also always on hand to answer our questions during meal times. Other members of staff were also brilliant Ashutosh, Anil and Hemant were a few who also impressed us. Credit also to the management. We’ll certainly come back here as we had a wonderful time.

Best property and hospitality in Haridwar. Hemant and team was the best. I would love to come again. Ganga Ghat access in hotel was the best with all the facilities. Food and restaurants with music was an another experience. Love you Pilibhit team for all hospitality you gave to us

The staff was also kind and helpful. The location is just perfect for holy bath in Ganga. Love the live music at the time of high Tea, and dinner.. You can experience ganga aarti without any Hassel. Do try their Pilibhit Chaat. Even the propert is kid friendly.

Best hotel in Haridwar and a very unique one. Location is amazing, can’t beat it, right on Ganges, very easy to reach. From the moment your car is near the hotel you get pampered. You need to think nothing, they take care of you so well. Fabulous property, wonderful staff and their support, food is absolutely tasty. Overall you will have a wonderful time.

It was an amazing experience we enjoyed a lot and the staff members were truly amazing and did a superb job especially Mr Hemant(duty manager), Yamuna , Anchal, Ajit , Himanshi, Nikita and Jitendra . Loved the place and had a great time there.

A gem of a boutique heritage hotel on river Ganga in Haridwar. This historical property is wonderfully decorated exquisite pieces of antiques that seamlessly blends with modern amenities. The atmosphere is serene and spiritual as subtle live music is continuously played during the day. The evening Ganga puja brings everything together as the sun sets down on river Ganges. The food is delicious with local dishes proudly made by the chef. The tea stall in the courtyard perfectly blends with the location and serves great chai throughout the day. Rooms are incredible!!! And finally, the most extraordinary part of the hotel is the team - they define hospitality, care and empathy with amazing service - from welcoming you until your departure and more. They made our stay Exceptional and Memorable; thank you for your hospitality. We will certainly visit again. Namaste.
