_Avoid Umra Grace Hotel_ Disastrous Booking Experience My family's booking at Umra Grace Hotel was unacceptable due to: - Widespread fungal growth - Unbearable odors - Poor ventilation Forced to change hotels due to severe hygiene issues. (Photos attached) Feeling cheated, I urge 1. Blacklist Umra Grace Hotel 2. Review and improve hotel verification processes This experience led me to cancel future bookings and switch to alternative platforms. __*Suggestion*__: Every online booking platforms should take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure a better experience for future customers.

Don't go just by the photos. The rooms were untidy and filled with cockroaches. They refused to move us to another room. We had to change the hotel at midnight. The person on reception agreed that it was impossible to stay in such condition but he said he can't refund the money

Amazing place and great service .. food and other facilities were amazing and specially the service staff was well trained and also full of hospitality etiquette special thanks to Mr Ashish miss priyanshi miss kushboo and their managers Mr amar and Mr praksh keep going good work

I booked and paid for two rooms a month in advance for 1 night. Upon reaching the hotel I was told to go to another hotel. This was done without any prior information. The other hotel was a poorly maintained dirty OYO hotel which was not suitable for family stay. They treat online bookings differently I felt. It's better if you go there see rooms and then only pay. There are a lot of hotels in the same locality you will find a decent hotel. I found Sun Hotel nearby and I was glad i could find it.

As a budget property, this is nothing above average. Since the rooms are right next to a street, expect the sounds of stray animals and people. While the bed was comfortable, the hangers were lying on the floor of the dusty closet. The staff needs to learn basic hospitality etiquettes - they did not bother to say thank you or goodbye while we were checking in or out, let alone helping us with our bags.

Hotel is near to railway station and harkipauri is just 10 minute away , neat & clean rooms , supporting staff , food is amazing will come again , room size good we have booked family rooms it's looks very specious I totally loved it

Clean rooms , clean laundry, staff is ready to serv you at one call, also all locations are near by like hakripauri , daksh mandir u can go by riskshaw, i like the hospitality very much rooms are first sight love at this price can't expect more , i have posted some pictures of room
