Room was ok amd decent. Food was not good. Smelly and horrible taste. Need to improve their food quality as per food price.

Food hygiene and quality need to be attended immediately. Insect was there on served rice, cauliflower served were not at all fresh. Cottage cheese served was chewy and old preserved.

Room size is good. Location is good. Cleanliness and hygiene not that great. Cockroaches were found in the room. Staff at reception is helpful.

Most pathetic hotel of Haridwar and one of the sickiest Manager Anuj Chaudhary who doesn't know how to talk and what customer service is. He is a big liar and will change his statements every now and then. Staff is very very rude, service is very very poor, food is pathetic, Anuj Chaudhary the worst of them all. Pathetic person also with very low quality food , ambience. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Hotel is good location also good for all connectivity and near by hear ki pod i ghaat. The food prices are high in hotel so you can prefer outside restaurants over all good place to stay with family as well as solo traveller.
