Heater didn't work in first room (February), fridge didn't work in second room, breakfast room had a massive water leak in the roof, hotel office facilities all missing (printer, computers)

Checked in and was given key to room 415. The elevator was far from the front desk. We had a few bags to carry, and when we finally got to the room, it was not cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk, and was given a new room on the 4th floor. Again another long walk. The temp in the room was too hot.

Desk staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and well kept. Traveling alone and felt very safe.

I try to always stay here. It would be nice if they switch up& have pork sausages& turkey(for people who dont eat meat). When they hotel is empty, I feel it should be less expensive

Quick friendly service at check-in. We were even offered bottled water and a cookie! Nice, clean room. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and super water drainage in the shower. Also, nice free breakfast! Would stay again!

It was satisfactory. I had a long wait to check in while the clerk on duty seemed to take an unnecessarily long time with the check-in of someone ahead of me. But otherwise the front desk service was courteous. The room was nothing special but okay.

In choosing this hotel, I was concerned at a few reviews that gave it a very low score. It did not square with very high scores given by others. I concluded that the low scores were given by travelers who had a personal situation that drove the score, having nothing to do with the hotel. So, I decided to take a chance. I found this hotel much more in keeping with the high scores. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and professional. Seems very unfair for a few angry travelers to bring the average score down. Stay here — you won’t regret it!

The staff was kind and went out of their way to be helpful to me and my special needs daughter and my exhaustion from driving.
